I've been going to this place for over a decade now--Since Sam's dad was running it (God rest his soul). His son's are doing a fine job of providing quick, affordable repair service in his absence and are constantly struggling against corporate greed to keep our devices running at peak efficiency as well as they can... If you've got an older phone you'll save more money, but the latest Apple fixes are only gonna save you 50-60 bucks--but u get your phone back in a couple of hours so bigtime win in the end. Excellent resource in East Memphis.... read more

If there is a negative star i will give them a big Negative Five star. I came there to iphone speaker repair. They did fixed the speaker but they scratches up the screen of my iphone . I told them about it right away but they denied it . I believed they changed my perfect screen and replaced with their scratches one . They said i have no proof. So people next time take a picture of your iphone front back and all side . Because we can't win argument with them without proof Big negative five star read more

Phone Kings - Mobile Phones Near Me - Memphis, Tennessee

Awesome lil place! Friendly prompt service. I, like oh so many out there, dropped my phone when it was not in a case and shattered my iphone 4s (yes, it's a dinosaur, let's move on). I called all over town and checked Yelp, etc, and, like always, a place on Summer Ave. had the cheapest option. It was $49 for a new screen. I checked for a friend with the same problem who has an iphone 6 - it was $79. These were by far the cheapest prices in town. STS, also hailed as excellent on Yelp was $65 for iphone 4s and $149 for iphone 6 repair - pretty massive difference. I had my phone in 20 mins, even though they were "busy" and there were a couple of phones ahead of mine. Do yourself a favor and go grab a taco at La Guadalupana while you wait, spending those dollars that you saved fixing your iphone on delish authentic Mexican eats. I'd recommend this a hundred times over - best deal in town. read more

My dog is a complete spaz on a leash and, in his excitement for our walk, knocked my phone out of my hands which shattered the screen. Based on the amazing Yelp reviews and check-in offer, I decided to go here to get it fixed. These guys are pretty great. I was a total pain in the ass, going back in there multiple times with questions after they fixed my phone. They were completely patient with me and had my phone fixed in under 20 minutes for a reasonable price. They also offer a deal on a tempered glass screen protector at a discounted rate if you're getting your screen fixed. I highly recommend them. read more

My son dropped his iPhone 5s and shattered the screen. My wife called our carrier and was about to drop a couple hundred bucks on a new phone. I heard about the this place on yelp and thought I would take the chance. Dropped off the phone and was told to come back in 45 minutes to pick it up. Easy, effective, and timely service. Highly recommend them for your cell phone repair needs.

Cheapest place to get your phone screen fixed in Memphis. Got a new screen on my iPhone 6 for around $75 when all of the other places in town charge $100 or more. The replacement only took about an hour and I was very happy with the results. I've cracked my phone screen several times before and had gone to CPR and iFix. But Phone Kings did a better job and helped me save some money. I would recommend coming here versus other places. read more

No complaints. Only place in town that I could either get on the phone or had an iPhone 6 battery. Stopped in and 10 minutes later walked out with a new battery. The other places all quoted $70 and they did it here for $45. read more
