Oh, did I mention I drove 45 minutes each way every time I came by to get my iPad? The next day, the "girl" rudely tells me that the screen hasn't even come in yet AND that the person who would be able to fix it wasn't even at work yet. Not only was this experience frustrating, but the salesgirl was incredibly rude!!!

I took my husband's PS5 here to have the HDMI port replaced. The replacement worked great at first,…read morebut eventually stopped working. Since it was under warranty, I brought it back and they "fixed" it. When my husband picked it up, he was told that if it happened again, it was likely due to something they supposedly couldn't be responsible for and we would have to pay more. We took it to another repair shop for a second opinion, and they confirmed the actual issue: the HDMI port had not been properly soldered to the motherboard. So the explanation we were given by this shop was simply not accurate. The original repair should have been done correctly the first time, and I'm disappointed that instead of taking responsibility, we were given an explanation that was not supported by the actual condition of the repair. I would recommend getting a second opinion before paying for another repair here.

Also, read some of the reviews here and I'll say this that I've had my iPhone X since 2017, got it brand new from Verizon and it's still going. Dropped it couple of times and it's still working but that doesn't mean if I keep on messing up my phone, it's going to be "unbreakable". Some of y'all treat your phone like a kids toy, keep dropping it and pretend it to last forever. There's mini screws, small parts in it that get lose and poop out. It's not a 1967 Ford Mustang that you can keep on rebuilding it from scratch OKAY. I understand, if you don't have the money and trying to make things last but don't get on to them if your phone's one problem leads to another. Remember, other stores won't even touch your phone to look at it but instead they'll try to sell you a new one because your phone is such a liability. And stop using your privileges. everywhere okay! It takes time to fix things, there's 50 of you coming in shops everyday with your stupid problems. Expecting them to figure it out immediately, I don't think so! Get back in line Karen! If you're in such a hurry then buy a NEW PHONE!
