Great company. Does solid work for all customers big or small. Couldn't be happier with my results.read more

AceOne is the most disappointing vendor I have ever used…read more They are the definition of over promise and under / not deliver. Using unethical business practices trying to strong arm customers with SEO that does not work, and then trying to threaten and hold customers to supposed 'contracts' to keep money rolling in. Rewriting websites under the 'guise' of security, but it is instead a proprietary product that disables a customer from moving a website. Don't think because you spend $15,000 or 20,000 with them you will be treated better, they will still stick it to you. The latest? Try going month to month on a 'managed' website so you can move the site after AceOne is unresponsive. Good Luck. They will tell you because of AWS they can only give you 1 year and not month to month. They are the only company anywhere that will tell you that - even AWS verifies they do not treat anyone like that. You have to think that someone is just not telling the truth. The people I feel the most sorry for are the staff. No kidding, for actual programers they are treated very poorly, forced to pay all expenses, punch a time clock and paid a meager 'slightly above' minimum wage. They should think about working at Chick Fil A or Tacos for Life. Both have better pay and treat their staff with more respect that AceOne. The ownership specifically has no care for the staff and treats the staff like servants. Please don't be taken in by a bunch of fake reviews done by staff at management's request. Review the Google Reviews for AceOne from Newest to Oldest. You will see names like "Jerry Murphy", an employee, modifying his name with 1 review. You will see tons of other reviews with no comments, indicting staff reviews. You will see 5 star reviews by a person with no other history on Google - yeah, you know, FAKE. You will also see reviews talking about 'a great place to work' - none of these are legitimate customer reviews, they are fake reviews to make their business look better. Don't be fooled. These fake reviews show exactly the unethical lengths AceOne will go to in order to make themselves look good, when fair dealing and good customer service would handle it. The funny thing about it all is that IF they were great programmers, they likely would have covered their tracks better and found a way to fake the reviews. They are not. I'm a paying customer here and have been treated very poorly. So this is my platform to say what I think. I may have to pay AceOne for a little while longer, but I am moving my website and not doing business with them again. They made me pay for a year I don't need, so the public need to know the truth. Avoid this place at all costs.
