The embroidery was horrible. There were rips in the seems and the pullover looked like it was…read moredamaged through the embroidery process. I also attached a file of the logo I expected to be on the pullover and the item came to me with someone else's logo. Not asking for a refund but a simple exchange for a new pullover with the correct logo, I was denied. Our company was looking to do business and purchase more gear but I can say with certainty it will not be from this company. Coming from a sales background myself, I can say I'm very disappointed with the way this was handled.
