Staff and drivers have been friendly and accomodating. When I ran into "no signature available" situations, they were able to locate and hand my shipment over with proper ID at the counter.

FOR OVER A WEEK I called them every single day to their answering service. No one would connect me to a local station, no one would give me any details. Just "Out for Delivery" since last Friday. Then finally, after I start tweeting, messaging, and continue calling... the case is resolved. My package was "lost/stolen" and I should contact Walmart to proceed. I had someone stay home to ensure this package was signed for. I was told by the shipper it would definitely arrive. It was just frustrating and not a single person I spoke to actually seemed to care about the fact that my package was lost. I guess this happens a lot. I will include, I don't know WHERE in the chain this package was lost, or who's neglect resulted in it being out for delivery twice, but somehow never making it to my house, but this was the only place to leave a review. Fedex was an absolute joke in dealing with my package, and I hope no one elects to use their shipping services in the future if they care about ensuring delivery.

Today I called the local store and spoke with its local manager, who proceeded to tell me that for some reason my order had been cancelled by phone, a request I never made. Then he told me I could call the help desk number of which he was very happy to give me. I declined and asked him if he would handle it and he said no. What is the point of a Manager who is unwilling to help customers? I used to care about companies failing esp storefront businesses, but I no longer care about this company failing. Very often I will receive a last second notice to ship something somewhere and I don't travel with a printer 24/7. OfficeMax to the rescue! Armed with a USB drive and a scant 11 cents a page. . .print whatever you need at a self serve document center all day long! Always a good selection of deep discount clearance items and a helpful staff. (The only thing I am not certain of it their computer service center reputation). Approved!

She worked with me further over the phone to save more travel to and from Jones. Mr. Harris, himself was available and attentive as well and worked with Kathy to give me what I feel was a good deal in the furniture I purchased. Paperless office?! No way…read more I keep telling myself I gotta go 100% digital, but how boring would office supply stores be?! One aisle of backup drives, and another aisle of hard drive recovery software for all those who didn't buy a backup drive. This store has it all. Computers, tablets, accessories, pencils, furniture, gummy bears, those weird carpet pads for office chairs, and of course laminating supplies (I really love laminating things)! Everything you need and likely a few things you don't need around the office. Typically a good selection of clearance merch here. Also offers printing services. I think this is the best office supply retail store in town.
