I ship and receive a lot of stuff for work, domestic and international. No problems working with this Fed-Ex location to date that were their fault. Uhaul services…read morecalled, were incredibly rude and told me I had to drive 22 miles in the wrong direction to pick up the trailer I need, refused to allow a turn in anywhere closer (meaning an hour and a half round trip just to drop off the trailer in the opposite direction of where I need to be headed after the move. Guy was a complete jerk and Uhaul's "bait and switch" was highly unprofessional. Not looking forward to actually picking up the trailer at a place rated 2 stars for reliability.

So they switched us to a different truck, and we also had to rent a trailer through them. No apologies, no discount, but we were charged more than double the amount that was originally stated. This fiasco also took them almost two hours, as the first trailer they tried to give us had faulty wiring and the taillights would not work. It is no surprise that stores like Office Depot/Max are struggling to survive. The representative said that she could take my credit card by phone unsecured and I declined that not wanting to compromise my credit card. She then stated that I could waste my valuable time going into the store and placing the order although this was not an option I wanted, but while out I stopped by the store and placed the order 10 days ago with the delivery date for three days later, last Wednesday. I received a confirmation email that my order shipped with an estimated date of May 22, 2024.. Last Wednesday the order was never delivered, and I never received the courtesy of a call or an email or any communication from this company with a delivery update. Today I called the local store and spoke with its local manager, who proceeded to tell me that for some reason my order had been cancelled by phone, a request I never made. Then he told me I could call the help desk number of which he was very happy to give me. I declined and asked him if he would handle it and he said no. What is the point of a Manager who is unwilling to help customers? I used to care about companies failing esp storefront businesses, but I no longer care about this company failing. I will do business elsewhere since Office Depot/Max does terrible business and clearly does not care about its customers! PS Don't offer better deals online that you have no intention to honor. Nothing like a bait and switch! I am also a rewards customer who has done business with them for over 15 years but that means nothing.

Always a good selection of deep discount clearance items and a helpful staff. (The only thing I am not certain of it their computer service center reputation). Approved!
