I was very disappointed that they did not have other people working and we all had to wait for a long time. Please hire and train more employees. Also, the chairs in the office are all ripped, peeling, and look awful. They need to go to the landfill!! Goodness management you can go to an office furniture store and replace 7 chairs for less than $250. No matter how good the service & the product is this diminishes your credibility. I dropped $584 the day before. Please upgrade your office furniture for your clients. It truly does make a difference.

I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. I highly recommend it.

It is no surprise that stores like Office Depot/Max are struggling to survive. I first attempted to…read moreplace an order online and when that was unsuccessful because its system could not match my credit card with its correct address, I called its 800 number. The representative said that she could take my credit card by phone unsecured and I declined that not wanting to compromise my credit card. She then stated that I could waste my valuable time going into the store and placing the order although this was not an option I wanted, but while out I stopped by the store and placed the order 10 days ago with the delivery date for three days later, last Wednesday. I received a confirmation email that my order shipped with an estimated date of May 22, 2024.. Last Wednesday the order was never delivered, and I never received the courtesy of a call or an email or any communication from this company with a delivery update. Today I called the local store and spoke with its local manager, who proceeded to tell me that for some reason my order had been cancelled by phone, a request I never made. Then he told me I could call the help desk number of which he was very happy to give me. I declined and asked him if he would handle it and he said no. What is the point of a Manager who is unwilling to help customers? I used to care about companies failing esp storefront businesses, but I no longer care about this company failing. I will do business elsewhere since Office Depot/Max does terrible business and clearly does not care about its customers! PS Don't offer better deals online that you have no intention to honor. Nothing like a bait and switch! I am also a rewards customer who has done business with them for over 15 years but that means nothing.
