I first attempted…read moreto place an order online and when that was unsuccessful because its system could not match my credit card with its correct address, I called its 800 number. The representative said that she could take my credit card by phone unsecured and I declined that not wanting to compromise my credit card. She then stated that I could waste my valuable time going into the store and placing the order although this was not an option I wanted, but while out I stopped by the store and placed the order 10 days ago with the delivery date for three days later, last Wednesday. I received a confirmation email that my order shipped with an estimated date of May 22, 2024.. Last Wednesday the order was never delivered, and I never received the courtesy of a call or an email or any communication from this company with a delivery update. Today I called the local store and spoke with its local manager, who proceeded to tell me that for some reason my order had been cancelled by phone, a request I never made. Then he told me I could call the help desk number of which he was very happy to give me. I declined and asked him if he would handle it and he said no. What is the point of a Manager who is unwilling to help customers? I used to care about companies failing esp storefront businesses, but I no longer care about this company failing. I will do business elsewhere since Office Depot/Maxx does terrible business and clearly does not care about its customers! PS Don't offer better deals on line that you have no intention to honor. Nothing like a bait and switch! I am also a rewards customer who has done business with them for over 15 years but that means nothing.

Paperless office?! No way…read more I keep telling myself I gotta go 100% digital, but how boring would office supply stores be?! One aisle of backup drives, and another aisle of hard drive recovery software for all those who didn't buy a backup drive. This store has it all. Computers, tablets, accessories, pencils, furniture, gummy bears, those weird carpet pads for office chairs, and of course laminating supplies (I really love laminating things)! Everything you need and likely a few things you don't need around the office. Typically a good selection of clearance merch here. Also offers printing services. I think this is the best office supply retail store in town.

She was extremely attentive and knowledgeable and was quick to find answers to things she was unsure about and wanted to just clarify. She worked with me further over the phone to save more travel to and from Jones. Mr. Harris, himself was available and attentive as well and worked with Kathy to give me what I feel was a good deal in the furniture I purchased. In my opinion, you could not ask for better, especially during Covid when home furnishings are in shortage. Great Job Kathy, Mr. Harris and also I believe Sarah who helped also. I'll be beach! We aren't done!!!

The salesperson said that we looked like the type to ask and said that's why they run sales and said we wouldn't get it any cheaper any where else. We left. Drove down the road a little ways and not only got it cheaper but name brand and higher quality!!!! Sorry but We won't be back.
