The workers, if you hate your job please go work elsewhere. Feeling the constant negativity coming from them makes my shopping experience awful. Please retrain your workers, I have not had a positive experience with a single one of them recently. They're all miserable and hate where they are and it's rubbing off on the customers. Because they were the same color we already own, I returned immediately--only to be informed that they only offer store credit. There was no signage indicating this policy, nor were we advised of it at the time of purchase. The owner claimed it was printed on the receipt; however, we were not provided a physical receipt and instead received an email sent with only an order number and total. For a smoother and more transparent shopping experience, I recommend purchasing from Dillard's or another retailer instead of this location.

Their return policy is clearly outlined on their website and if you follow instructions and return items with the tags still attached, you should have no problem with receiving your refund in form of a store credit. I have loved almost everything I've purchased from this boutique. Good quality and affordable prices. The few returns I made were handled quickly. Shipping is super fast with this boutique. The only advice I would give is to return with a tracking number because packages seem to mysteriously disappear on our postal route if they don't have a tracking number on them!
