Initially the rep said he would stop by the following week to rectify but then ghosted. No more calls or emails. It was an expensive wheelchair covered by medicare, which should be 80/20 copay right? No. Through the use of creative accounting, they charged medicare 80% of one price and 20% of another price to me. The end result is that I paid 32% of the total amount paid for the chair. They won't disclose charges upfront, but you have to sign to agree to them prior to ordering - at which point they have you on the hook. Aside from wrong orders and price gouging the staff at Medsol are all very friendly, and I've given them 1 star for that.
