I have worked with the public in different capacities for over 40 years, and over half of that was in management. As a result, I know what good customer service is, and this is one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever seen. I was told, more than once, someone would call me, but I never received any of the calls I was promised. My PCP sent Delta a prescription for a CPAP machine, but, over a month later, I had not heard from them. So I called Delta, and after several minutes, someone was able to figure out what I was asking about. I was told my insurance would not pay until I had another sleep study. The sleep study was not an issue, but, after over a month of knowing this, no one from Delta contacted me about scheduling one. After receiving the results, I took a copy of the test results to Delta, and I was told someone would be calling me. It was the same as every time I was told someone would call me, no one did. After a week, I called Delta, and the person who answered the phone seemed confused not understanding what is asking about, and all I inquired about was the status of my getting a new CPAP. My call was placed on hold so they could look into the situation, and I was on hold so long, Delta's system disconnected me. I called back, and I was told that the person who processes insurance claims had been out of the office for approximately a week. I was again placed on hold, and, after an unacceptable amount of time, I hung up. My observations are (these are just the high points): No one seems to understand the concept of customer service; Delta does not seem to care about customers; the employees (or their computer system) do not communicate with each other; Delta can not be bothered with contacting customers; no one in the Jonesboro office seem to know what is going on; read more

Doesn't care about or believe what clients say it's all about the money they won't accept fault for the employees not doing their job they took my ventilator saying I wasn't compliant if whoever I spoke to about the sd cared error would have put down that I did call in and mentioned the machine error when I asked for mask that's not my fault I popped the card in place so it could keep recording my time using it again it's not my fault that it only recorded ten days but they took my machine that I have to have and do not care if I did they said you can keep it if you pay $700 I don't have that much money but why should I suffer for something that is their fault they are trying to say I never called in about a card error if they record calls they need to go back and listen to the conversations and then they would see that I did indeed call and mentioned it I don't know what I'm going to do now I have never been treated like this before this place is the worst beware of you have to use this for medical devices read more
