Service is garbage there. One guy is just flat out rude and the other guys don't know what they are…read moredoing. I went in 4 times because I bought a video game that doesn't play and they claimed to fix it the second time and I asked him are you sure it works before I leave and they said yes went home and it doesn't work. Went in a third time and they claimed to find another one but they gave me the same game back which was a total waste of my time because I could've exchanged it . 4th time I go in they give me a hard time about it when they've sold me a broken game and gave me back the same broken game when they claimed they gave me a different one. Half the stuff they have out box wise for sale they don't even have. The prices make zero sense because you can get the same game for more money or less money. The first game that I bought was 25 the second game I bought was 12. same game makes no sense to me.

When it comes to the quality of their products & functionality I've never been disappointed every game I have ever purchased from here has worked & functioned like the day it was made. If I ever had an issue with a game they'd always work to reslove it by repairing or replacing my purchase. If you have old discs (Music DVD or Video Game) with scratches that skip they will rebuff it & make the surface look like new & have your disc run smoothly. In close I'd also like to say I've been impressed with their customer services for the past 20 years I have shopped here & will continue to shop here for life. I went in there to get some games for my kids and my daughter wanted a toy. We go up to the checkout and everything starts off fine but we go up to the checkout and he asked my daughter if she found a toy that's better. he didn't explain anything he just asked if she could find another toy so she gets another toy that she didn't even want but then he said that if I buy one I get 1 50 percent off.And as he was scanning myself, he goes let's see what discounts we can give you. When it came to my total, the math was not mathing whatsoever it was way more expensive than it should've been. It should've been $77 and it was $115. I pulled out my Calculator just to make sure that I wasn't crazy and I wasn't too tired before I said something because I don't wanna say something and attack somebody and be wrong. he keeps telling me that he charge me six dollars for a membership which I told him four times. I did not want that membership and he pressured me into something that I didn't wanna do but he told me that I would get a huge discount if I did it but $115 versus 77 it's not a discount he was way over charging me.. and I'm looking also at the receipt that I'm being overcharged in the game that I was buying said $42 and he was charging me $50 for it and the price tag did not say $50 and that's not the pro price, 42 was the price . So I keep saying to him how is my total this high? And then he told me that the price tag on the video game was not right but the price tag said $42. It is illegal to charge somebody more than what they're advertising their price for and I'm so mad at the situation that I'm going to take it further.... So the discount that they were supposedly giving me, they were ovecharging me and totally screwing me over and overcharging me for the toy that my daughter didn't even want. She only got it because it was supposed to be 50% off. I have the receipt for that and I was overcharged and the only reason that I left is because I was getting overly angry and I want it out of that store as soon as possible. how horrible my service was, and how this guy literally tried to scam me, Plus false advertising because the ticket price on the game said $42 and then I paid full price for the two toys that I got I never got a discount on that. you don't pressure people into doing something they don't want to give you take no and run with it. I don't know if he gets commission or what when somebody signs up for a membership but that's not right to do to someone and I'm saying it's theft what he did with overcharging, the no 50 percent off, false advertising, and pressuring someone into a membership they said NO multiple times for. Worst experience I've ever had and I will never go back they lost a customer for LIFE!

Back when baseball cards and comic books with king. Sometimes I get nostalgic for those teenage years buying comics and Donruss/Fleer cards back in the 90's. Back then I could see things were changing and going more toward the playing card games. I was happy to see this place alive and well, and moved into a better location. I came on a Sunday and yeah it was packed with men playing Magic the Gathering. I saw the old owner, don't remember his name, with his signature glasses and fisherman hat. It was good to see him still at. They still sell some comic books, but obviously that market is dying and frankly lost a lot of old readers who made up the fore fanbase. Still I was very happy to see the old Triple Play, Comic Cellar still around and seemingly thriving. Magic is not a game I play and it's certainly not my crowd, but definitely give this place a chance. It's a cool piece of living history in the local nerd community.

To sum it all up, they "butchered" it, didn't complete the recap, left it with one channel playing lower than the other, none of the quad functions working properly, saying they couldn't repair it and charged him $11OO!
