My phone didnt survive the Muddy Princess Run. It was literally submerged in muddy water several times. My phone mic stop working completely. Whenever I tried to charge my phone the message "battery temperature to low to charge" would pop up. I dropped my phone off at 9am with very little hope that it would be fixed. My Iphone would not hold a charge and I was told that IRepair could replace the battery cheaper than the Apple store and also would test the phone first to make sure that was the issue and not something else before charging for a "new" battery. I took the phone in around the 1st of January and a younger guy took my phone to put a new battery in, charge it and see how it responded. After about an hour the phone was ready and appeared to be holding a charge okay even though it was only charged to 25%. I was assured that if I had any problems I could take it back and they would take care of it. Needless to say, the battery was no better than the one that was replaced and acted the same within two days. Due to traveleing overseas and domestically I had to put up with this issue and charging the phone every 4 hrs or so until i was able to take it back in 3/3/15 during the afternoon. When I told the lady about my my issues she gave it to an older guy that was in the store that I did not see the first time. The younger guy that helped me previously was there but working on something else, While I explained that it was no better after the "new" battery the older guy kept coming up with potential issues/excuses that it could be for everything but the battery. Did I have the original charger? I told him yes but we had several. He then said it probably need replacing. I then asked why would original equipment go bad? His response is that all charges can go bad after some time. I then replied and asked why my wife's 5S and daughter's 6 had no issues as we all used the same chargers. This brought a moment of pause until he could come up with next line of deflection being that a bad cell issue or issue with the motherboard that could not be fixed is probably the problem. I then replied, why did I have to pay for a new battery with no increase in battery life if this was the issue to begin with? The next run around from the guy put out there to do with batteries only "being good for 4-6 months" which is complete BS and they only "hold charges for 4-6 hours" so he did not see an issue and pretty much blew me off. I essentially wasted $63 as I was dumb enough to believe these people would actually stand behind their words, products and workmanship. My mistake and lesson learned. In one last ditch effort to not have to buy a new phone I made an appointment at the Apple store to have my phone looked at. After testing the phone the diagnosis is that I had a "very worn battery" that needed to be replaced. Now, did IRepair sell me an "old" worn out battery or not do anything at all to my phone and just gave me back my old battery? I cannot answer that. Best case scenario is they sold me a defective new battery. I guess we will never know as they had no interest in looking at my phone or the battery they sold me when I took it back and were more interested in lame excuses and getting rid of me. The good news is that Apple replaced my battery. Remember, the guy at IRepair who told me a battery charge "would only last 4-6 hours". More good news is that apparently the IRepair guy had no clue what he was talking about. I took my phone home and charged it fully by 7pm on 3/2/15. As of 2pm 3/3/15, or 19 hours later I still have 65% left on the battery from the Apple store. I will never darken IRepair's door again and have been telling my story to all my resident Germantown and Collierville coworkers. read more

Went to buy a iPad Air 2 case and sales women handed me a case that said iPad Air case. I specifically asked if it would fit an iPad Air 2 and she said yes. Well it did not fit. My husband went back to exchange and let her know it did not fit, she said I never mentioned it was an iPad Air 2 (clearly she does not listen to her customers). She then exchanges the case for another one that once again does not fit. We tried to get a refund and she refuses. Now we have to go fight to get our money back. read more
