Poor service . Overcharging people . They are not honest with their prices . They fix their own price I don't recommend nobody to go there .

They fuck your phone up while fixing it so they can get another service out of you. You'd be better going to ER Wireless. Paid $145 to fix my screen and they put a 3rd party screen on it. They messed up the microphone so now no one can hear me over the phone. Only offered to fix it at "discounted price". Assembly is also poor , the screw at the bottom of my phone can't even go in all the way. Wouldn't even give them 1 star. Highly doubt not recommend! read more

Do not buy any from them!! Bought a phone from hacks cross location and within 30 min got a text from att saying it was a stolen phone, they locked my account down until I got another phone, took the stolen phone back after he said if I had ANY problems with it and I could get my money back, he said it wasn't a stolen phone according to them looking it up and refused to give my money back, yet he said he could swap the phone for a different one which didn't make any sense cuz if it was nothing wrong with it why would he swap it out? Got me for almost $600, definitely do not recommend them at all!!! read more

I went to the location on Hacks Cross to get my screen repaired. About a week later the phone screen started glitching. The phone would search for signal and eventually stopped working. I took it to Apple to get the diagnosis and I was told that it's of course an issue with the screen replacement and it all was connected. I went back to the store with my original receipt and asked for a refund. They didn't offer but I didn't want them to work on the device again because they really just threw the sh.t together. I didn't get a refund either. I believe the one of the guys name was Abraham and it was another really young guy present. They were very rude about the matter. Hacks Cross location: It's unfortunate that they don't tell you about this special advertised pricing when you go into the store. I'm disappointed in you Michael. You had great customer service, I thought, until you charged me almost double the advertised amount. And not to mention that they also advertise to match any price you find that is lower. I have to say these men here are liars. And will help cute girls but won't help out someone else. Their re receipts still say that they will take trade-ins for another phone but when I just called they said they stopped at on the first now my receipt happens to be from 2 January so I guess I missed that deal by one day when in there and spent $100 on it is Bluetooth and a screen protector and the screen protector didn't even crack somehow my phone glass is shattered and they are trying to charge me $149 to fix A regular iPhone 7!! I will never go back unless it's to warn somebody that I see going in there at the time to go anywhere else but there trust me 4141 hacks cross Magic wireless magic particularly cashier Aibrahim was one of the rudest people I have ever met and I do speak Arabic so I heard every lewd and frankly disgusting remark they made about my girlfriend and busted them out on it to which they look surprised and said I didn't know what I was talking about and now they won't refund me on a new screen for my phone and they have false advertisement all over the receipt. So in conclusion , I would say that they are good people up there because they seem to be also nice to my girlfriend but when it came to me, they don't care so women can go up there but white men, just go someplace better believe me man it's not worth it read more
