I took my husband's PS5 here to have the HDMI port replaced. The replacement worked great at first,…read morebut eventually stopped working. Since it was under warranty, I brought it back and they "fixed" it. When my husband picked it up, he was told that if it happened again, it was likely due to something they supposedly couldn't be responsible for and we would have to pay more. We took it to another repair shop for a second opinion, and they confirmed the actual issue: the HDMI port had not been properly soldered to the motherboard. So the explanation we were given by this shop was simply not accurate. The original repair should have been done correctly the first time, and I'm disappointed that instead of taking responsibility, we were given an explanation that was not supported by the actual condition of the repair. I would recommend getting a second opinion before paying for another repair here.

Over 3 weeks later I sat down to get back to work THEY WIPED OUT 10 YEARS of my organization. NOTHING, completely wiped out. I took it immediately back. No phone calls, updates & again, I had to go to store & now a month later, there's nothing they can do to retrieve my data. DO NOT trust this company. This has been an expensive, time consuming nightmare & noone has even cared or tried to help. UPDATE: The reply below is bogus. I called, created a ticket, was told I would receive a call from a case manager within 24-48 hours. I'm on day 3 now with no phone call from the store or this "customer service" reply. I called and creacted ANOTHER ticket. Still waiting on a call. MEANWHILE, the store still has my laptop (1 month now) my $$ (several 100 $$) and they will not return a call either. When I call the store, it goes to a voicemail that has not been setup. The incompetence here goes deep. My laptop has not been resolved, noone is calling me back, and noone is working on the issue. Let's see if I get an automated reply again to call "customer servicie".

The online set up for the appointment was simple and the tech texted me really quickly. It all seemed great, until the tech didn't pay attention to my actual reservation I'd made by the company website, and told me it was "too early, and could I come by his shop." I wanted to use this company because of the convenience of being able to meet the tech at my house after a 24 hour shift, get my phone fixed, and go to bed. He was extremely unprofessional. So I emailed customer support about this issue, and they told me basically to get over it. This shows me this company clearly does not care about its employees upholding the work ethic and policies the company advertises. I will not give this company my money, and will be posting all over social media.
