(I touched my cracked screen with wet hands at work and thought, welp, now I've fried my phone completely - yikes.) It flickered green and blue then went totally green and unresponsive. The guys at iFix were knowledgeable, professional, kind, and quick! They were able to offer me several different options. He was up front that if I had internal water damage, the new screen wouldn't save it, but since I did already have a new screen I had ordered from Amazon anyway, we gave it a shot and he was able to install the new screen, no problem. He was able to replace my screen and tell me I didn't have any internal water damage done to my phone in like 20 minutes! The next day, a woman waited on me who I felt a little more trust worthy. She tried talking me into an IPhone 8. But, I didn't want to pay the extra $150 more than it would cost for an IPhone 7. So, I told her that and she said she didn't have one in stock but could get one the next day for me. So, the next day I called them on the phone and they said they did get an IPhone 7 from another store and it was specifically held for me like they said they would do. Anyway, they to my trade in which was an IPhone 5 which was in bad shape. Anyway, I have waited awhile to make that I am happy with the IPhone 7. I am fairly confident that I am not going to have any problems with my phone. Apparently, it comes with a warranty I realized. In summary, I wished I had paid the extra $150 for an IPhone 8 but it is too late now. However, I'm happy with my IPhone 7. This Verizon store is a lot better than the one in Southaven, MS which is only about 8 or 9 miles down the road. The customer service is better here.
