Over 3 weeks later I sat down to get back to work THEY WIPED OUT 10 YEARS of my organization. NOTHING, completely wiped out. I took it immediately back. No phone calls, updates & again, I had to go to store & now a month later, there's nothing they can do to retrieve my data. DO NOT trust this company. This has been an expensive, time consuming nightmare & noone has even cared or tried to help. UPDATE: The reply below is bogus. I called, created a ticket, was told I would receive a call from a case manager within 24-48 hours. I'm on day 3 now with no phone call from the store or this "customer service" reply. I called and creacted ANOTHER ticket. Still waiting on a call. MEANWHILE, the store still has my laptop (1 month now) my $$ (several 100 $$) and they will not return a call either. When I call the store, it goes to a voicemail that has not been setup. The incompetence here goes deep. My laptop has not been resolved, noone is calling me back, and noone is working on the issue. Let's see if I get an automated reply again to call "customer servicie".

I took my husband's PS5 here to have the HDMI port replaced. The replacement worked great at first,…read morebut eventually stopped working. Since it was under warranty, I brought it back and they "fixed" it. When my husband picked it up, he was told that if it happened again, it was likely due to something they supposedly couldn't be responsible for and we would have to pay more. We took it to another repair shop for a second opinion, and they confirmed the actual issue: the HDMI port had not been properly soldered to the motherboard. So the explanation we were given by this shop was simply not accurate. The original repair should have been done correctly the first time, and I'm disappointed that instead of taking responsibility, we were given an explanation that was not supported by the actual condition of the repair. I would recommend getting a second opinion before paying for another repair here.

(I touched my cracked screen with wet hands at work and thought, welp, now I've fried my phone completely - yikes.) It flickered green and blue then went totally green and unresponsive. The guys at iFix were knowledgeable, professional, kind, and quick! They were able to offer me several different options. He was up front that if I had internal water damage, the new screen wouldn't save it, but since I did already have a new screen I had ordered from Amazon anyway, we gave it a shot and he was able to install the new screen, no problem. He was able to replace my screen and tell me I didn't have any internal water damage done to my phone in like 20 minutes! I'm sure that my husband and I will be back for any future phone complications or cracked screens we run into. Thanks so much for all the help and information!

I had called ahead of time to get a price estimate & his price was easily the better choice compared to others in the area. Jameel (unsure on the spelling, sorry!) greeted me instantly upon entry and made me feel welcome , all while helping a customer already. I paid $80 for an aftermarket screen replacement and I've had no problems at all. My phone works just the same as it did, if not better before replacing the prior screen. He was also very knowledgeable about my iphone, he literally replaced my screen in under 10minutes, again, all while engaging and helping other customers as they came in as well! He accepts Apple Pay and will fix your damaged phone screen and let you pay after repair if needed, as this was my experience. I had a really great customer experience with Jameel and I most definitely will recommend and be using his services in the future!
