I walked in the store trying to get assistance with one of my T-mobile devices and I was dealt with very rudely by a woman named MiAngel, she was not at all helpful and visibly annoyed when I came in needing assistance. I do not recommend going to this establishment for help. I did not like the way I was talked down to or treated by MiAngel, good customer service is very important but is often lacking these days :|

I was going to keep my second one but my friend got another phone with another company because of this ones poor reception and want his cancelled, after I got billed for the FOURTH month in a row for his line (and no one was willing to even help with the fact that I kept getting billed for an unused line) I decided to leave all together. I decided to call back a couple days later and see if it actually canceled and much to my surprise it wasn't but it had a "future cancel date"...... then I was going to be billed with my line AND HIS LINE yet again... after talking to them for ever they finally agreed to just charge me for mine even thou I cancelled it on he 5th... that wasn't working with me so I sat on. The phone another minute until it was finally knocked down to 50 which is still bs but better than it was. You better not get a phone with them unless you like bad service and will never cancel it seeing how it takes an act of congress to get them to actually cancel it. I guess we will see the 22nd if they actually did their job... Don't do it.

Do not go here. This store sucks. The representatives they have working there treat you like it's a…read morehassle for them to answer any questions or help you. Instead of helping you walk through any xfinity rated issues, they will just hand you a customer support number and have you call them because they are too lazy to try and assist you. My spouse was crying and visibly upset, me and her were nothing but nice and these people still acted like they didn't give a crap about their job, and not only that, had the audacity to hand me a customer support number because they were too lazy to answer a very simple question, that the manager was able to answer. The manager was the ONLY person that cared enough to answer the simple question. We were sweet to these people, and they took our advantage of our kindness and still didn't give a crap. Worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. I don't even write reviews. If you are in the Desoto county area, please think twice before visiting this store, let me save you time, money and frustration, just go with AT&T or Verizon. These people do NOT care about you! They are just there to collect a check. Don't believe me? Go visit the store and experience how depressing it is, and the lack of customer care.

Have had service 3 months. Was signed up for phone in addition to internet which I did NOT want…read more Duplicate charges on bills, but have been able to get them removed (just a pain!!) Speeds are considerably slower than they should be, and price is outrageous but being in a new area it is on par with the local competition. Customer service is my main complaint. Called about no internet in October and woman was very short and almost rude. obviously not having a good day. Received an email that my email address had changed, and when i called back found she had modified it though it was not something we discussed or that she verified. They would not give me her name or let me speak to a manager to lodge a complaint. It has happened THREE TIMES now that a cs rep has butchered my personal info when making a call for tech support. Last time was Thursday, called and scheduled a tech to come out for recurring internet problems. Sat here Friday from 8am to 4:30pm,with no call with an eta. Called and found my phone number was changed, to an out of state area code? Had it corrected and have tried multiple times to speak to a manager or file a complaint. Received an email for a customer service survey, but the link was expired the same day I received the email. Have sent several emails back and forth through the website, with canned responses that do not have anything to do with my complaint. Finally received a call from Heather today and was told there is no way to see who I spoke to on a particular day and time, the system does not log who modifies a customers information, and was told that often cs reps do not even log against a customers account when you call in. She verified my account information and AGAIN found my email address had extra characters in it. (FOURTH TIME) So obviously when they modify the email address I stop getting notifications that something has changed in my account. Giving one star because I have to give at least one star. This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. Zero accountability and no way to reach anyone but customer service.The only reason I have not switched providers yet is that I do not want to be tied to a contract. But as today I am looking...

Melissa was the manager on duty. She was coordinating flow and checking -in with everyone . Morris, rep at Apple Store, took the phone to the back to be fixed. The port was working once he got it back. He left it on the charger to verify. He was customer friendly and attentive. He wanted to make sure that phone was charging properly before we left. In fact, I loathe android phones and tablets with a great deal of special intense hatred. My Dad insisted on getting android phones and tablets and then would beg me to fix it when it got infected with crap he downloaded. Hate android stuff!!! I begged him to stop with them, and then he died, and I don't have to help him any longer. I am team iPhone all the way until I die! I also have a wife and four kids, all iPhones. Most of us have Apple Watches too. Hopefully my kids won't bitch about my lack of wit when it comes to technology when I am gone. Another reason I am sticking with Tim! This is where it gets sideways.... I hate Mac computers. I had a MacBook Pro for a while and I could not stand the IOS quirks. It was like they intentionally did everything backwards/opposite of Windows. It was so bad, I paid some dude I met at a Taco Bell to partition the hard drive on the MBP and install Windows on one side of it. After that I may have booted the IOS side twice. Now let me say this.... That was the baddest ass Windows computer I have ever owned! I wish I still had it but my old boss confiscated it when he fired me. That's ok, I cooked the drive before I gave him a blank disk brick laptop. So that he didn't any of the info he wanted. Asshat took my phone that day too. Also cleaned and bricked. He went bankrupt a couple years later. Anyway.... I love the Apple Store. The real value is in the knowledge of the teams here and their honest approach to helping you. I came in to get a new phone recently and was let down with how large the phones are now. I have an 12 mini and the battery had gotten bad. I complained about having to get a bigger phone and the associate said "why not just get a new battery for your mini?". Great idea, that's just what I did! I get to keep my little phone another year or two maybe! '25 - 50/111
