    sucks big time, no connection, rebooting 3-4 times a day, can't get a real human on the phone

    This is absolutely the worst company we have ever dealt with! Their customer service is terrible…read more Their online account system is terrible. If you have a problem and call them, they say they have too many calls and not enough customer service reps, which is obvious after holding for over 30 minutes. After we moved, and prior to setting up the automatic drafts again, they sent our first bill on 9/27 and told us it was past due as of 9/21. Not to mention, it took them several days to get our service turned on at our new residence. When we moved, we had to set up a new account because I couldn't log on the online account to transfer service, and their password resets didn't work. They still have my security deposit from my old account after more than a year and a half and we've had to get the utilities commission involved. All payments were drafted from our account on the due date, and the final bill has been paid. They aren't denying they owe the deposit, they just won't send it. As if this isn't enough reasons to be frustrated with them, they once accidentally debited our account for $480, when the bill was $48. It took several days to get that straightened out. Needless to say, if I had a choice, I wouldn't use Atmos. If you're looking to rent or buy in the area, I strongly suggest you look for something that will prevent you from having to deal with this horrible company.

    I scheduled an emergency propane delivery on December 14, with confirmation it would be completed…read moreby end of day December 16. AmeriGas did not arrive until December 17. When the driver arrived, no attempt was made to contact the adult on site to perform a required leak check. Despite this, the tank was filled without a leak check, then locked, leaving us unable to use the propane. AmeriGas has since refused or failed to send a technician to unlock the tank and complete the leak check. A follow-up visit scheduled for December 18 was missed, and customer service stated it would be another five days before anyone could come out. As a result, our home dropped to 42 degrees, and after four days without heat we were forced to leave our home with our two young children (ages 2 and 4) because it was no longer safe. Repeated calls to customer service could not be escalated to a U.S.-based supervisor, and no meaningful resolution was offered. This was not just an inconvenience -- it was a serious service failure with safety implications. I would strongly caution anyone relying on AmeriGas for emergency service. It's the 22nd, I still have no heat, my entire family is sick, and I owe this company over $400 in service charges, an additional service fee when they come back to fix the job they didn't complete and the cost of the propane.
