Do not go here. This store sucks. The representatives they have working there treat you like it's a hassle for them to answer any questions or help you. Instead of helping you walk through any xfinity rated issues, they will just hand you a customer support number and have you call them because they are too lazy to try and assist you. My spouse was crying and visibly upset, me and her were nothing but nice and these people still acted like they didn't give a crap about their job, and not only that, had the audacity to hand me a customer support number because they were too lazy to answer a very simple question, that the manager was able to answer. The manager was the ONLY person that cared enough to answer the simple question. We were sweet to these people, and they took our advantage of our kindness and still didn't give a crap. Worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. I don't even write reviews. If you are in the Desoto county area, please think twice before visiting this store, let me save you time, money and frustration, just go with AT&T or Verizon. These people do NOT care about you! Do not waste your time and money. I have never written any review before, but after all this nonsense I went out my way and time to write a review. if I could give zero stars, I would. Their service is trash. There is no customer complaint line or a line where you can address issues that are currently in your area. Some of us need our Internet service to work from home and if I could send these people a bill for every time they have inhibited my ability, especially with crappy cellular service in this area on multiple networks, I would. There is no hot line. There is no 800 number or anything that you can call if you move to Crenshaw Mississippi I would not use this Internet service provider. They say that the outage is going to be repaired by. Let's say 3 AM the following morning meanwhile it is not restored until 3 PM the next day. Either they are lazy or just have zero concern about their customers in this area. They have absolutely zero problem charging you the full month for Internet service when you've been down and out for days at a time. Completely disgusting service. read more

Visited the Comcast store on August 23, 2019 around 10 a.m Salesperson were with two customers when we walked in..no acknowledging we were there..after 5 min. we left..they missed sale on adding to ur bundle..home security and mo Ile cell phone. Horrible service. Will laugh at you for asking questions. Tell you that you can return to store to exchange equipment only to be lined up in a queue for up to an hour. Not listen to your requests and will try to up-charge or change service to something more expensive. Different store assistants will tell you different things. And don't think about asking about an itemised receipt because apparently that is too difficult to provide and they will continue to laugh and joke that you are not making any sense. Absolutely worse service I've ever experienced. Will not recommend this store or service to anyone. They make the most simple requests out to be way more complicated than it should be. read more

switched to cspire because I was paying for a service that didn't even work half the time and when I called to switch my wifi, they didn't cancel my wifi until a month and a half after I called and told them to cancel it. they are now expecting me to pay a bill for something I cancelled a month and a half ago. I switched my phones yesterday to cspire too and was told it would be no problem and that I could switch services even tho I have payments on the account and they that would still be on autopay like normal even with a different service.....I asked three different agents this and they all said no problem. I switched and my phone got locked and am told oh well by xfinity because I now need to pay it off and I can't switch the service back because I don't have xfinity wifi. I am out of $230 and in order to use my phone, I have to pay $600 to xfinity. called and played back the lies because I recorded everything and they said that they have clearly misinformed me and that the device would be cancelled and the payments waived due to this inconvenience...yay right? wrong! they lied...not surprised. so now I have a useless phone and no service. Thanks to Carol, and Mrs. Holloway I was able to get internet to my new home I've been trying since July back from Cali to get service we live in a new subdivision and was told internet is not available but Carol and Mrs Holloway helped us get internet started at our home. I'm glad to get internet service and was glad we had an xfinity store to visit to voice our concerns rather than being transferred a gazillion times to different agents with NO avail! Worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed in my LIFE, Y'all. My friend has xfinity and they messed up installing it the first time they came out. The second time they came out they didn't set up an appointment , they didn't call to let her know they were coming, when they got there they literally knocked like 13 times as loud as the police and when I got up to get the door they were rude. I got my friend and they were rude to her too. Then when they installed the cable in the ground they barely put it in the ground it was basically exposed wire and my friends have dogs. They left the ground all tore up with dirt everywher, it was a MESS. And because they didn't fill their hole back and left it unfinished of course the dog continued digging amd dug the wire up and messed it up. Mind you, they didn't even tell her when they were done or anything so she wasnt aware of the condition they left it in when the dogs went back outside just to see and in that time it was broke again. She called immediately afterward to see if the men could come back and fix it and their job and that was "impossible" The next time they came out was just the technician not the installers. She explained what happened, he didn't apologize and said it was her fault for letting the dogs outside. She dealt with it and asked how soon they could come fix it. He said 2 weeks.... She explained she wanted to use her stuff that she is PAYING for. Before she moved next month. He said sorry 2 weeks. So she canceled her service. Xfinity is not refunding her money for the ENTIRE month she has gone with out her service because of them. She explained she didn't even get to use it. They still are expecting her to pay for it. Cancelled services and was informed by a representative that I needed to pay a balance or they would turn me over to collections. I asked the representative to make sure I owed what was being asked of me to pay because of credits due to no service. She stated she calculated them and that was my remainder. After dealing with that I called the customer service line to speak with a supervisor and was informed I didn't owe them anything and they actually owed me. I have been trying to get a refund for my credit amounts and the amount over paid since the end of May. I have filed two BBB complaints on this company and I still have yet to get any sort of positive communication or refund response. This company is a joke and I didn't have service every other month with the last outage being nearly 21 days. read more

Goodmorning, My name is Ms. Thenesha. My boyfriend, Mr. Deryl, and I has literally been trying to receive service from your company since mid to late August. My boyfriend has gone to a local Comcast as well as contacted a couple of times and I also, have gone to a local Comcast located in Olive Branch, MS and contacted over a number of times and maybe even a lot more of times. Routine call with Comcast when I have contacted was the address or phone number not in the system, couldn't locate us in the system, go to your local Comcast, let me collect the information, someone would be out... routinely. I have experienced talking to a supervisor, job still not completed. If it was, i wouldn't be typing this as well as we would have cable. I have been hung up on once which when I was working in a call center, there would be termination involve. I have been given the run arounds, appointments that have not been met and a phone call making us aware that our appointment was cancelled and needed to be reschedule. We have experienced dishonesty, someone came out once, ran wire other the grass, said someone who had the tools and experience to complete the job would be out here and that we would receive a call. Neither received a call, and no one came out. I eventually checked with my boyfriend to see if the job was done, he said no, and told me no one even contacted him yet. The sad thing about the whole situation is that, Mr. Deryl C. don't even have Comcast cable yet. My mother and I and family has been a loyal customer of Comcast for many years and i really love the service, so we referred the service to my boyfriend because i felt or "thought" it was the best service and even better than the AT&T service that he already had and decided to cancel for me. But after months of waiting, maybe we all made a huge mistake and should all just cancel our service. We recently had an appointment schedule for this past Tuesday, on the 24th so that someone who had the tools and experience could finish relocating the dropbox, if I'm using the correct term, so that we could get the cable installed. Right after the routine call with Comcast and the rep being dishonest or unaware that the job was never completed, I called immediately after speaking with that representative to make sure that we actually had an appointment and that someone would honestly be out to the house on the 24th. A rep by the name of, confirmed the appointment for the 24th between 8:00-8:00 ofcourse, and promised to follow up with us about the appointment or Monday coming up to make sure it was done and so that we could finally get cable installed. So far no follow up has been made as well as appointment been fulfilled. We are very kind, patient, and professional people. We have three small children as well as their friends who love to come over. We would rather not continuously spend cash on either Red Box movies and purchase DVDs but instead watch cable. Maybe we have made a huge mistake trying to do 'business' with Comcast or better yet, we learned a lesson. We have patiently waited longs weeks for appointments and now months for service as you can see, if it's the Lord's will, we are days from November. Someone is home and/ or always a phone call away especially when it is 'promised' that our appointments are on a certain day. We are very unpleased with this service, I should be very ashamed on how i encourage him to receive this service, and will be escalating this issue by to corporate by forwarding this review. What happened to the passion and the love for the business, what you do, what it stands for, and for your customers? P/S: This is a ticket number I was given a while after we had already spoken with representatives, 043569225 given by Regina that was cancelled and needing to be rescheduled with our knowledge. I was told when I moved to Olive Branch from Missouri that Comcast was the only cable service available and I ordered it. This was mid-November of 2017. every day since the first one, I have had very frustrating and aggravating contact with them. I got the cable, internet and home security for what I had no other choice I had been told. From day one, the HBO signal was never working, and numerous service calls and various technicians, resulted in nothing. They would come in, fiddle with the box, only went to the attic once, and leave it just as it was. The HBO would show, stay 3-5 seconds and lock up. No movement, no sound, none of the HBO channels (family, comedy, etc) were available. Each time I called, I would speak with someone who was in Atlanta, Chicago, etc, and credit was given for several days over and over. I never had any good result, so I am cancelling the whole thing. None of my neighbors have Comcast, they all have satellite dishes. I hear nothing good about Comcast from anyone, and now I am part of that group. I have paid one month's bill and this has all happened in the same month, no service worth mentioning. I am a retired Vietnam veteran nurse and a person of integrity. I am not an idiot, except to the Comcast people. this was a mistake that I truly regret and it offends my military discipline. I want Comcast gone from my life, which I will pursue with a vigor. They will hear the last from me when I get some respectful and honest resolution. Put me down as a VERY UNSATISFIED INDIVIDUAL, and bent on justice.
