Once the screen came in they said that the charging port was messed up and tried to charge and extra $70 to fix that too! Yeah, I didn't buy the charging port repair because it wasn't messed up beforehand and if felt as if they were trying to play me. This was the second and last time I go to this place. I was very much ready to buy an iPhone 6s+ and was told it was $400 but brought down to $355?? This man named "TC" sold me a refurbished iPhone 6s+ (without telling me it was refurbished) that only had 16gb and was not updated. Not only did it not come in an iPhone box but also did not come with the EarPods or the same iPhone charging cable or brick. He instead gave me a nock off pair of earbuds that looked like the EarPods. The phone on the first day turned off by itself while around 30% and the next day twice around 80% & 70%. One of the other workers was saying that it came in 16gb but the capacity shown in storage was 12gb! (11.88gb) I had to exchange it for a different iPhone 6s+ because it just wasn't working. This business is SHADY! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING BUT CHARGERS, CASES, & PHONE ACCESSORIES!! All they are really good for!

Maybe he thought it looked good practicing in the mirror. But the desired effect was not achieved. Looked down at my watch and I was 10 minutes closer to death with the trend lines pointing unfavorably. Been very cautious and careful with the phone because I didn't want to shell out another hundred plus dollars to fix the screen again. I come back to the store and tell them it's a defective screen he begins to tell me I broke the screen again. The manager does not care about the customers or good quality service. Better off taking it to a reputable place not this place run by a bunch of morons. Wish there was a zero star rating I can give this place because it is that horrible of an experience I've had.
