I walked in the store trying to get assistance with one of my T-mobile devices and I was dealt with very rudely by a woman named MiAngel, she was not at all helpful and visibly annoyed when I came in needing assistance. I do not recommend going to this establishment for help. I did not like the way I was talked down to or treated by MiAngel, good customer service is very important but is often lacking these days :|

This is the worst company ever to get a phone through. I have been trying for MONTHS to cancel…read moreone of my dang lines. JUST ONE OF THEM! I was going to keep my second one but my friend got another phone with another company because of this ones poor reception and want his cancelled, after I got billed for the FOURTH month in a row for his line (and no one was willing to even help with the fact that I kept getting billed for an unused line) I decided to leave all together. I decided to call back a couple days later and see if it actually canceled and much to my surprise it wasn't but it had a "future cancel date"...... then I was going to be billed with my line AND HIS LINE yet again... after talking to them for ever they finally agreed to just charge me for mine even thou I cancelled it on he 5th... that wasn't working with me so I sat on. The phone another minute until it was finally knocked down to 50 which is still bs but better than it was. You better not get a phone with them unless you like bad service and will never cancel it seeing how it takes an act of congress to get them to actually cancel it. I guess we will see the 22nd if they actually did their job... Don't do it.

I came to this store after another store that I had went to did not want to help me in getting what…read moreI needed out of my phone, I spoke to a gentleman here at the Olive Branch location and he was able to get everything I needed out of my phone. He was such an amazing person and took his time with me. I am not sure if the other location did not want to do anything because they didn't have enough staff which looked like he was working alone and the Olive Branch location had three people from what I saw and they were able to help customers because of that, but this will be my new store to shop at, thank you so much for the help!

I bought my new IPhone 7 here. When I first came by, some guy offered an IPhone 5E for $24 a month…read more I said I would think about and started to leave and he says wait, $10 a month. So, I stared thinking about it and asked a few questions and he scanned it and said this will be $17 a month. So, got kind confused and left. The next day, a woman waited on me who I felt a little more trust worthy. She tried talking me into an IPhone 8. But, I didn't want to pay the extra $150 more than it would cost for an IPhone 7. So, I told her that and she said she didn't have one in stock but could get one the next day for me. So, the next day I called them on the phone and they said they did get an IPhone 7 from another store and it was specifically held for me like they said they would do. Anyway, they to my trade in which was an IPhone 5 which was in bad shape. Anyway, I have waited awhile to make that I am happy with the IPhone 7. I am fairly confident that I am not going to have any problems with my phone. Apparently, it comes with a warranty I realized. In summary, I wished I had paid the extra $150 for an IPhone 8 but it is too late now. However, I'm happy with my IPhone 7. This Verizon store is a lot better than the one in Southaven, MS which is only about 8 or 9 miles down the road. The customer service is better here.

The manager was the ONLY person that cared enough to answer the simple question. We were sweet to these people, and they took our advantage of our kindness and still didn't give a crap. I have broken another phone unfortunately . I went to this place 11/26/24 to have my iPhone XS…read morescreen replaced from shattering and blacking out. I had called ahead of time to get a price estimate & his price was easily the better choice compared to others in the area. Jameel (unsure on the spelling, sorry!) greeted me instantly upon entry and made me feel welcome , all while helping a customer already. I paid $80 for an aftermarket screen replacement and I've had no problems at all. My phone works just the same as it did, if not better before replacing the prior screen. He was also very knowledgeable about my iphone, he literally replaced my screen in under 10minutes, again, all while engaging and helping other customers as they came in as well! He accepts Apple Pay and will fix your damaged phone screen and let you pay after repair if needed, as this was my experience. I had a really great customer experience with Jameel and I most definitely will recommend and be using his services in the future!
