I would not recommend att to anybody after the stress I just went through this week. I bought a phone from an AT&T store and the number that I received for the new line that I got was already taken by somebody else through the text now app because the porting of the number was not complete so the number was put back into the number pool, which this was how it was explained to me. At the time I didn't know that someone had the number when I left the store because I had my old number attached to the phone also. The next day I called AT&T and received bad customer service because the rep was not trying understand my issue and cussed me out. When I ask for his name he told me "hi, my name is Slim Shady" and would not put a manager on the phone. He transferred me to someone else. A week later (which is today) I returned the phone and they would not wave the restock fee even tho it was not my fault I had to return the phone. So after this I am done with att after this experience. Never again! I would rate att 0 stars read more
