I received a gift and went to exchange the gift. I wasn't aware that there was a time limit for exchanges, and this was no problem because most stores have this practice. I stated that the gift was purchased and presented to me. The lady asked me if I had anyone to give it to....talk about offensive. Once again, I understood their return policy and didn't question the policy at all. But the lack of sensitivity is what I question. I wanted the gift simply because someone gave it to me, and the store employee kept my receipt. Lastly, the store is overpriced for the products. Cute little whatnots...but not for me.

The good thing is that whatever you need last minute, chances are they will have it. I was looking for straps to attach to an outfit, and they had them, when nobody else would. They don't care and do not do refunds, exchanges or in store credits. So just due to overpricing, the refund, credit or exchange policy, plus the attitude that came with the refund or exchange issue, the score took a well deserved decrease.

No one asked if I needed help or any deals. As I worked in retail before, I know customer service goes a long way. I walked around and found so many good things to try on. As I walked up on what looks to be a manager and associate. neither one addressed me. The associate had earphones on and barely heard me when I asked got a dressing room. I was told that they don't have any dressing rooms to the public and she just went back to ignoring me - which left me speechless a bit. Imagine coming wanting to shop ( I had an arm full of clothes to try on) and being basically told that you can't. I immediately retuned my clothes to them and walked out. Just unprofessional and makes no sense for a clothing store.
