We waited patiently for three customers in front of us to leave the store. The employee looked at us and said he would be right back, implying that he would take care of us next. After leaving the store, the three previous customers walked back in, cut us off and started asking more questions wanting to buy a phone. Sorry, but if you go to the supermarket and buy your groceries then leave the store realizing you forgot bananas, you don't get to skip to the front of the line again! When I approached the employee saying that we were next and that he told us he would take care of us, he accused me of lying, saying he never said that. What a piece of garbage. Total clown. But I guess you can't blame him. He must be frustrated that he couldn't land a job at ATT or Sprint. Gotta be tough cashing checks from the 4th largest cellular provider in the US. Like others have said in their reviews, the customer service is beyond poor. They're rude, inconsiderate and horribly trained. Save your time and money and go to a different provider.

They must sell more individual canisters of helium than anyone else in LA. It is terrible. It is a huge waste. There are very few places to recycle helium balloon canisters. I worked with Maguire in the framing department and felt as though my questions and project were more of an inconvenience than something she was interested in helping with. I came in specifically seeking advice on framing options, sizing, and the best way to display the artwork, but received very little guidance. Most of the interaction felt rushed, and I ultimately left feeling like I had to figure out the entire framing process on my own. I understand retail can be busy and framing can be a demanding department, but customer service matters, especially when customers are making decisions about custom framing and artwork. A little patience and willingness to assist would have gone a long way. In the end, I purchased the frames and completed the project myself, but the experience left me feeling unsupported and unwelcome. I hope management can provide additional training and support to ensure customers seeking framing assistance receive the guidance they are looking for.

If you don't want to be distracted with window shopping, you can check to see if this location has your item and you can simply pay for it at home and pick up your order. You just have to have the app downloaded so that you can give them the QRC code to pick it up. This place is fully stocked! I saw majority of the Popmart lines from SkullPanda, the Monsters, Hirono and Hacipupu to name a few. They even have a huge wall of Pop Beans but unfortunately they couldn't sell them because they ran out of jars and staff did not know when they were going to get a shipment. A few staff associates were on the floor and they are pretty friendly. They were helpful but they were not pushy. Overall, this was a great shopping experience. Some limited street parking nearby that's metered with a 2 hour time limit. They've got a unique layout with direct access to elevators inside. The outside is currently under renovations, but very much still accessible with tables and chairs outdoors, part of the plaza. Target Starbucks is to the left when you enter. Team members here are personable to a degree and you can find most things you desire in a pinch. They do get shopped pretty hard so I keep that in mind being the closest larger in size Target (the one on Highland is a lot smaller in scale) and most things are under lock and key. I was hoping they'd have a little more variety for frozen goods and groceries especially of the non-dairy and vegan friendly variety but it was pretty similar to others nearby which is disappointing. Haven't been inside in a few year and I will say it feels even cleaner but not the most welcoming overall. Okay prices for the most part, definitely not as many sales items here.

There was a blonde lady that appeared to be the manager. She was very warm and answered my questions. Another employee immediately stated checking inventory at other stores and gave me the phone number. Sadly, that one was sold out too, so it's good I called because it saved me a trip to Century City. Another staff member immediately asked if I needed a fitting room once I picked out some shirts. He asked my name, which was a nice personal touch. He checked up on me a little bit later. Very attentive! The guy at the front also tried to sign me up for notifications for the jacket when I asked about restocks. He checked, but Adidas had taken the page for it down entirely. He said I could leave my info at the register and they could notify me when it gets restocked. I love how things are laid out in this store. Everything looks so tasteful.
