I wrecked my poor Nintendo Switch's card reader a couple of nights ago, and instead of waiting…read moremonths to send it to Nintendo to get a replacement unit, I was able to take it here and get it repaired in a couple of days for the same price. The owner of the shop (I believe their name is Gina going off other reviews?) was very lovely, and instantly understood what needed to be done to get my Switch's game card reader working again. Needless to say, I learned my lesson with regards to handling my console, but I am very thankful to have found such a useful shop that I'm happy to recommend to game enthusiasts who want to keep their hardware working. There's also a pretty impressive selection of software for browsing here!

Absolute bottom barrel customer service. I made a preorder 2 months ago. When the item finally…read morearrived for purchase, I arrived within the pick-up window only to be told that they do not have the product. I went out of my way to pick it up. To not have the product in the timeframe is one thing. To give me a corporate generic answer of "the manager will let you know if you comeback tomorrow". I've already wasted my time coming here, why on earth would I comeback for an explanation. The 2 women I dealt with yesterday need to be trained on customer service. Gamestop still has my downpayment money and I still don't have what I ordered even though I came on time. I just called 5 times and no one picked-up the phone either so I'm left in the complete dark about where my products I ordered 2 months ago are. Horrible store, horrible employees, don't deal with these vermin.

My Event was at the end of August 2024. Highly recommend this family business…read more Service: Communicative attentiveness, availability was great. The game coaches were excellent and their professionalism, service and cleanliness were top notch. Guests absolutely loved the snow cone machine (8 flavors) and were served by the game truck team. They provided about 8 chairs for exterior gaming. On a hot day, I suggest putting up canopies for the "extras" you may order from them, plus guests (parents) who might want to hang near the truck. GameTruck: The truck/trailer needs at least 3 car lengths of space in front of a residence. Game selection was excellent across all platforms and satisfied 6yo - 14yo players. Cool mood-setting RGB lighting in the interior. Clean and excellent condition physical space and hardware. Mixed feedback from guests about the A/C but my b-day boy said he was perfectly cool. Service Acquisition: Business was conducted 100% over the phone. Told owner that my discovery and background knowledge was via Yelp. As such, service area limitation premiums $$ and travel fees were not referenced nor communicated in the procurement conversation. The business educated me about them after invoice was provided. Please ask for the distances as they differed - at the time - from the website I was told about on payment day (event day).
