It's such a nice place to spend some time, especially if you love books and a cozy atmosphere. The customer service was excellent. The store was clean and organized, and everything was nicely displayed. Definitely one of my favorite Barnes & Noble locations. I'll be back!

I like to look around the bestseller areas to get inspiration for books to find at the library, and sometimes I'll read online books on my phone in the Starbucks area after getting a drink. The shopping center it's inside of has lots of other stores too, it's not a bad place to take a little walk.

Kind of a trashy pawn shop, but that's a redundant statement, huh?…read more As far as finding music gear for nada, this isn't going to be your best bet. I've been in here countless times, and although I scored an Ampeg SVT bass head for $350, that's the only thing I've seen worthwhile in this store, and that was after they had it priced for $700 forever. They also stock mowers and other types of lawn care equipment.

Also, the only pawn shop there is in the oak hill area. They treat you with respect and dignity unlike some of their competition's stores. I definitely would recommend this business if you need their pawn service or find that item you just can't do without. Both Tim, the former manager and Anita, the new manager are great people willing to go the extra mile to make sure you walk out of their stores satisfied with whatever services you needed. The rest of the staff follow the same protocol. Great place! If you happen to be looking for a business like this but can't make it here or one of their other stores, just stay clear of Top Cash pawn. They have terrible prices with service to match. There are a few exceptions regarding their staff, but as a whole, including the higher ups, they're a really bad place to do business with. Just stick with Cash America and you'll keep smiling on your way out the door!

Firstly, their collectible books area has many books worth much more if they were sold in auction. I got a collection of lady wildes poems for 5 bucks, found out it is worth 100 dollars in normal auction. The value extends beyond the collectible collection, extends in everything else, if you want a book for your TBR, you can probably find it(if it's a fiction book) for cheap in the paperback aisle. Overall, Come here for a good time, gathering, or really any event.

It is super convenient for me to pop in especially since there are other big box stores (Sam's), a local barbecue spot next door (Moreno's Barbecue), and even the movie theater (Cinemark) I usually frequent. The selection here is robust and they have a ton of options for everyone including vinyl records, cassettes, VHS, DVDs, paperback and hard back books, a nice long clearance section, and like others have mentioned - nice spots to plop down and hang out/sit for a minute. I come here often to check and browse the vinyl selection. They have a nice set of records that rotate in and out each week. They even have a collectibles box/bin the record area for you to look at that include some super rare records. Their selection ranges from used/previously owned to brand new albums. I have seen some classic rock albums that are reasonably priced. In terms of selling your books or media, I have only been here one time to do so and I came during the week. I had no issues with the offer they gave me as it was fair and the wait for the offer was not long at all! I wasn't even done browsing the store before they had an offer ready for me. Easy parking and super spacious store to come through to and check out. They are tucked away off the side, at the end of the South Park Meadows area, but worth a stop or drop in.

Kaitlyn (or Katie) offered me only $45. To be sure, I went to another pawn shop just up the street, where I was offered $475 for the same ring. I then returned to the first pawn shop and confronted Katie about the huge difference. In front of her coworkers, she suddenly claimed she had told me $485. I corrected her and reminded her that I had asked not once, but twice, if the offer was $45, and both times she confirmed it. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she responded with a very cocky attitude. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious and get multiple opinions before selling anything here. Honesty and fair treatment of customers should come before trying to take advantage of them.
