Meaning, they will sell you $1 face value in constitutional silver for $60, but buy it back at $40 with the excuse of "the refiners will only give me $50 for them." But there hasn't been an ounce of silver that has left this store to a refiner in the 3 months I've been coming here. So they are lying. So when silver is overvalued, like right now when the GSR is 55:1, they will try to steer you away from gold and push 90% silver. Because that's where their profit margin is highest. I don't like being upsold, and I don't like being lied to like I don't know how this industry works. I spent way too much money here to be lied to like that. I'll be going somewhere else from now on. Do yourself a favor, buy your silver from Costco, you can buy it at spot price or even back of spot price and it's .999 pure silver, so when you go to sell it, crooks like these won't take you for 30% on the value of your silver. Crooks. There's also some weird fat guy that likes to sit on the sidelines commenting on everything that you say. He doesn't work there. He never says anything correct or accurate. Everything he says is a lie, I don't know why he's even there. Just a fat dude that hangs around the shop. They have several of those "regulars." Hanging around like bar flies.

The woman at the counter told me 80% which was perfect for what I wanted. The following Monday I brought in 10 high value MTG cards - almost entirely secret lair that I've collected over the last few years. I was offered much lower than I expected but I understand card values change and I was told previously that they bought at 80% so I assumed that was what they were offering. It's on me for not double checking but I trusted them based on what I was told before. It still felt off by the time I got home so I double checked and did some math and it didn't add up. Called the next day to confirm the trade in percentage - this time I was asked if it was Pokemon, MTG or Sports card. That's when I was told it was actually 65% for MTG. If I had known that I would have kept my cards. Multiple people expressed interest in my cards while I was still in the store so I know these will move fast. I really wish whoever I spoke with on the first day had clarified what kind of cards I was bringing in. If I had known I wouldn't have sold them in the first place and found an alternative. I received a reply on my google reviews that this was a miscommunication on their part and I think the store should make it right based on their mistake.
