This review is for the console repair service. I had my ps3 overheat and it greatly upset me because that's MY "ME" time from work and girlfriend. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. The Ps3 service repair can cost you $50 to $150 depending on the old or new or fat or slim version. Mine fell in the more expensive category but my rationale is simple: wait ages (8 weeks or more easily) and spend about the same for Sony to fix it. Buy a new console, spend $300 and lose all your saved data. Or fix it with TekRepublic and not worry about getting the run around or getting screwed. Though still admittedly costly, they run a solid business and as far as the console repair goes, they respect their customers and appreciate their service and do a quality job for what you paid for. They honor there 3 month warranties, often times cutting you a break if it just ended. The place often closes as late as midnight. Sometimes when it is busy, it could take a weekend, but often there is only a 24 or 48 hour turn around. I've never paid for computer gaming service there, not really my thing but from what I see, there are almost always many people on there many, many computers or big screen consoles and they seem to be all enjoying themselves. The first time I went in to Tek Republic there was a pretty hard storm going, I was surprised and amused to see a huge back up generator standing ready for there customers playing games. Its the little details, the focus on customers that make a business good or bad, not the owner's opinions on the gender demographics of gamers. (Which by the way, I googled up and men still beat out women in the in professional and hardcore gaming venues, but hey, girls if you are mad about it, go practice at TekRepublic.) read more

Xbox 360 Repair. I have 2 Xbox 360s. First one I got fixed at TR about a year ago, and it worked great after the repair for a till March 2011, at that time I took both to get repaired. I took both into Tek Republik in March of 2011, they were running a special price of $25 which doesn't say it doesn't come with a warranty, I've attached the advertised special below. "For March only we are offering our Xbox 360 red light or no video repair for only $25 with fan upgrade! Hurry and get your console repaired. Also see us at SXSW Screenburn Arcade March 11th-13th! Xbox 360 Service price list: 1(E73/E74), 2 and 3 red light errors $30 basic fix-includes rework of board, xclamp replacement, diamond thermal compound, and no warranty. $60 full fix-everything from the basic fix plus the Whisper Max fan, and a 90 day warranty." So reading that I figured that since I was purchasing the "March special" which is essentially the $60 fix except it is on sale for $25. Apparently that is not the case. Fault all theirs? No I'd say 50/50 I didn't ask till I had the repairs done so I figured that 90day warranty is not that big of a deal. I mean 90 days isn't to terribly short of a time, but FML I was wrong... It's been 2 months and the Xbox is back to non functional. I called to ask if there was anyway to get it repaired under warranty or cheap, they said no and that I would have to spend at minimum the $30, which at this point would mean I've spent over $100 with Tek Republik, not to mention the friends I've referred there. I feel at this point I might as well start looking at purchasing a new Xbox. UPDATED 12.17.13 Contrary to what Chris T. (The guy below who is a Game Republik rep) I am a real person, and I did have my Xbox serviced there. Mabe it was so long ago that he was not around, or they don't have it on record anymore. But I assure you I am real, my 2 star service was real, and the fact that Chris T. has nothing better to do than comment on a 2 year old review with nothing but negativity is just more proof of that. If he wanted to add some positive feed back he should have, but this was the going down the wrong path bud. For some reason my original review got deleted. I'm sure due to the owner watching this place like a hawk. I'll do a quick recap. Owner held a small tournament for CSGO a year or two ago. He allowed the people who organized the event free entry. He complained the ENTIRE time the tournament was going on. After several hours in, he decides to turn off the air conditioning during the finals. At the end, he even tried to short the prize pool claiming the people who organized the event had the cash. Which after 15 minutes of arguing, he magically appeared with it out of the back room. After the prize pool magically appeared, he starts complaining that he didn't make enough money from the tournament and tried to take about 50% of the pool which was not negotiated before the tournament. Not to mention, the free entry he allowed the people who organized the event. All in all, he's a shady business owner and I would steer clear of this place. Had my PS3 repaired. Got 2 hours of run time for $40 before it crapped out in the middle of "Rango". :( Called them to ask if I was SOL. He reminded me he warned me that he couldn't warranty the repair on the specific model I had, but offered to transfer the data off my hard drive if I would donate my PS3 for parts. I'm pretty sure he's coming out ahead on that one, but he's a pretty damn good salesman, so I'll probably take him up on it. What am I going to do with my crapped out PS3 anyway? At least he might be able to bring joy to some other gamers with my organ donation from my old not-so-faithful system. I hope the repair has gone better for others, but after 4 years of service, I think it's time to let her go. At least I'm only out $40. read more

Game Repulik is pretty awesome. As an ex-exployee of the former Tek Repulik I can say that the owner, Chris, is very reasonable and does give full disclosure if you are needing repairs done. That being said it's not this shops fault if they're unable to repair a game console or computer. Customers should keep in mind that this shop does everything it can to fix problems--sometimes spending hours or even days trying to fix things--but sometimes manufacturing issues make it to where repairs may or may not resolve the issue. You should know going in that there's a chance issues may come back due to the nature of how these consoles and PCB's are built these days. All in all repair wise, as long as you go in with an open mind and are receptive to possible bad news you'll be fine; but don't get upset or an attitude with these guys because they'll likely do the bare minimum if they're treated poorly. Reading some of the poor reviews i've got to say that they're Chris and the team are just human and mistakes can be made; but these guys really do their due diligence to help as long as you keep it civil. Just know that some complicated issue do have longer turn around times since some repairs are time intensive to complete correctly. As for the LAN center, I can say I do miss the old Tek Repulik location only because I don't like small spaces but that's a personal issue. The new location is cozy and separated into different rooms. It's also next door to the Valero gas station/convenient store which is a lot better--and less sketchy--than the Shell station that used to be by the old location. I do like what Chris has done with the new location and can't wait to see it get better and better as time goes on; especially with the new LAN center software he's about to deploy. If I ever have hardware issues with my computer or console that I can't figure out I will always hit up Chris and the guys at Game Repulik. Why? Well it's because I got to see how they run their business first hand when I worked for him 5 years ago seems to be going strong today. Thanks Chris, keep up the good work! read more

Problem with PC repair...fixed my sons computer, after having it for 2.5 weeks (replaced power button) charged us about $140.00 Switch broke within 3 days of repair. When we attempted to work it out he simply said he would not warrant his work. Claiming the breakage was due to user abuse. Since he was so unreasonable to talk to I reported the incident to our Credit Card Co and the charges were reversed. My Son received a call from the owner Chis this morning 5/31/11 who yelled at him and threatened to sue for theft of services. This guy is not a nice guy. He deals with mostly young teens and adults and seems to really enjoy being a BULLY! BTW, I took that same computer to Austin Discount Electronics who fixed it correctly in just 3 days. I work as a program coordinator for a non-profit organization. I called to inquire about tax exemption for a visit this Friday. The gentleman (edit: Elijah) on the phone was nice enough, but his superior (edit: Chris) was incredibly rude. I could hear him speaking from my end, stating it would "be too much work" for him to accommodate my organization and our business. Tax exemption procedure is quick and simple, so clearly these workers/owners are either under-informed, or simply too lazy to provide proper service. We will find our weekly field trips in another service, thank you for losing our business and displaying egregious customer service. Edit: Within 30 minutes of my review posting I received a call from Chris, Chris was rude, belligerant, and aggressive. Accused me of lacking work ethic, yelled about the negative review, and said I would not be worth him making the problem right. Allegedly, the comptroller in Austin is his client, and he was concerned with authorized tax exemption status, in case it was fraudulent. Chris is immature, rude, and confrontational. I was kind and calm during his tirade against me, asking why he decided to call and berate me without fixing the issue, which is that our organization is not "worth his time." This could have been handled simply, just say you can approve the tax exemption, we come, spend our time and money, he earns business. Instead, he makes excuses for his bad attitude and service, and makes accusations about my quality and time of work. Insane, funny, but ultimately very sad. read more

Well this all started 3 months ago, my xbox 360 had the red ring of death... again.. before I went to a home based business which was wonderful but they were in san antonio and I have a gas guzzler... so I took it to tek republic. Walking in it was way more professional than the homebased business. they had a special for xbox repairs at 25$ for RROD errors. firs time I waited a month and got a call saying they couldn't fix my xbox.. alright.. so I brought in my other 360 that was experiencing the same RROD problem. they took it in and that was that.. a month later I got a call that it was ready.. at that time I had recently become unemployed and really couldn't afford the 25$ for the repair so I let them keep it in store.. 3 weeks later with a little more money in my pocket I returned to claim my xbox. the guy at the counter was busy so I bought an hour of time on one of their computers and started playing LoL. some strange and loud noises were coming from next to me and I looked over to see two nerdy EMPLOYEES Raging over their game. One proceeded to yell at me " WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU LOOKING AT?!" I gave him a blank stare and went back to my game not too concerned about the rudeness.. but they felt the need to talk shit while I was looking at my screen. Myself having a pending assault charge wanted nothing to do with them and pocketed my anger.. which tainted my remaining 30 mins. If I didn't pay for my time I'd have walked out. my time was up and it was time to get my xbox. I come to the counter and the guy grabs my xbox. He plugs it in and the glorious red ring of death was still on it.. he gives me a confused stare and says "that's not good" he then unplugs it... Shakes the 360s "which has a rattling sound of something inside it" and then plugs it back in..... turns it on.. and it works again. I told him I wasn't going to take the xbox since it was not fixed. he got the owner who proceeded to tell me that it passed the "tek republic" barrage of test.. Still I refused to take it.. very politely. he told me that I had left it there for its maximum amount of time and that If I left it there that It'd be seized and I wouldn't get it back. I asked him what would happed if I brought it back and it still did the same thing.. he told me that "if it isn't working when you get it back then it's not our fault. it passed the test and if something is wrong then its not the 001 error but the 0001 error which would cost me an additional 60$ to repair and that since I only paid to get the 001 error fixed that I'd have to cough up another 60$ for them to look at it again. so I take my xbox back home and right when i plug it in it does the RROD error....Again.. I've called them and one helpful employee from the night shift said he'd be more than happy to take it up, but when I returned another employee said it could not be done since it doesn't have a warrenty and that it's my problem these guys are rude and scammers. Don't go through them Period. you'll end up spending more on gas money just dealing with their bogus service than you would if you had just bought another 360. read more

I'm a regular at Tek Republik, where I play COD Modern Warfare and sometimes Halo. I've seen some comments about the owner Chris, and I can't address those directly. I do know that he seems to have a severe demeanor, and is a bit stubborn. However, I would argue that unless you are getting a custom PC or a console repaired, you will not come in contact with him that often. The guys who run the counter typically define the experience at Tek Republik. When I first came to the gaming center a year ago, the employees were unkind and dismissive, and considering that the LAN center tends to have problems with Steam and other software issues, a dismissive employee means you wait around and lose money in the form of gaming hours. Now, the guys at the counter are very friendly, and if you speak up, they will help you promptly and effectively. If you have to wait 5 minutes to start a game, politely ask one of the employees if they might add an extra five minutes for the time lost. That being said, I can't honestly say that Tek Republik's business model includes the phrase "the customer is always right." If you scream at Chris, he'll probably scream back. As to the center's supposed anti-female bias, I don't see that sentiment expressed in a palpable sense, at least in day to day operations. Though it is inevitable that super dorky dudes are going to make up the majority of Tek Republik's customer base, lots of girls hang out at the center, as well as work at the front desk. I used to play Halo with my friend Alyssa, and she was treated with respect. Believe me, I wouldn't put up with any misogynistic behavior, and I'm very perceptive. I'm in a band and I spend most of my time around people that are too cool for it all. Tek is a place to rest from that pressure. You can just as easily play by yourself, as enter a LAN game with some snot nosed teenagers. Weird, yes. But in a positively surreal way that is, dare I say, enriching. I have been there 5 or 6 times now and I really don't know why I kept going back. Just for kicks I thought I would time how long it took between the time I sat down and the time I fired my first shot. It took me 26 minutes. Yes, 26 minutes. My friends were lucky, they choose a different game, it took them a brisk 14 minutes. There is no way around it, it is just not a good experience. When I sat down the mouse to the computer was disconnected. Took me a while to find the usb slot since the computers are so high up. Then it got me wondering, why are these computers even turned off anyway? To save some energy? These are powerful systems that take a while to boot, it would be nice if they were all turned on during business hours so I did not have to sit there and wait. Here are the things I would like Tek Republik to do to make me happy: 1) Leave their computers on so I don't have to always boot them up cold every time. 2) Keep the games they offer up to date on each computer. I hate waiting for updates when I sit down. Also, keep logins stored for things like Valve games. 3) Have the owner stop being so defensive and rude in his responses. Went to get my Xbox fixed for an "open tray" error a few days ago. Nice guy there, explained the process to get it fixed. He said it would be done in 3 days max, it was done the next day. Paid half of what I would have had to pay Microsoft to get it fixed. Xbox has been working fine ever since. *Edit* My Xbox has had another problem since then. I had dropped my Legend of Zelda 3DS and cracked the top screen. Game Republik fixed the problem for me, all in time for me to take it to California. I'll admit I was a bit wary after some of the reviews, but I decided to take the chance. I went in the weekend before Christmas to ask questions. The woman at the front desk was super helpful and told me that because of the holidays, the repair turnaround time would be a bit longer, but that I should still get it fixed before my trip. Only 4/5 because I called a few times around when I was quoted for it to return and the woman that picked up the phone said she would have to get the info from her boss and call me back, but didn't call me back either time. I had to call the second time and spoke to the owner (I believe). He told me about the delay in shipping and as soon as it got back, they would call me. A few days later I was picking it back up. I'm so happy to have this fixed as I have grown quite fond of it. The prices are pretty comparable to what you would find online and it's nice to have a local repair shop. Best of all, they give you a warranty on the repair. If I ever need a fix again, this is where I'm going. read more

Do not hesitate to take your game system in for repair. They were very professional and helpful. I like there email epdate system. I have been in twice, first repair went quick, easy and reasonably priced compared to doing it myself with web parts. Well worth the little additional cost they charge over parts. The second repair about 10 months later for a different problem was the same great service, only after a day it failed again. I took it back. Without hesitation they took it back, repaired it again at no charge. It works fine now. Having been a tech for many years the failure didn't bother me as it happens. After getting the red circle of death on my legacy xbox360 console, the guys at my neighborhood Game Stop suggested I pay a visit to Tek Republik. While my XBox360 was not repairable, the process and communication was very smooth; the problem was diagnosed and the expectation set within hours of dropping the console off. When I picked up my dead xBox, I had some time to kill and management was kind enough to create a gamertag and let me play a couple of quarters of Madden. Great small business experience--cheaper, faster, better. Based on my limited gaming on their LAN, I will definitely be back and I'm already considering hosting a NCAA12 gaming party. The only derog of the experience is that Tek Republik did not have a pre-owned xbox console to sell me, if they did, I would have bought it on the spot, transfered the data from the old hard drive to the new for a small fee and would have saved me a trip from South Austin. I did my usual internet search on the potential problem with my console, read of sites that would fix it for $130 etc. Then came across Tek that said they'd fix it for either $40 or $80 depending on which console I had. I took it in, they said $40 with no warranty and I said "do it". IT was ready in a day. With or without warranty, I don't care. You can't get service and a fix for $40! That would have been shipping to any other place on the interwebz! The console is still working beautifully. I hope these guys stay around town for a long time to come. I had an 80s flashback. Back then, Austin had a lot of small independent businesses that gave a shit. There's a few around but for the most part, they have been replaced by the Best Buy brand of mediocre chain stores staffed by 20-somethings in polo shirts and khakis. I returned home last Saturday to a red flashing light on my PlayStation. A quick internet search for "PS3 red flashing light" returned results like, "Dead", "DOA", "8 week repair time", "$150", etc. Turns out that PS3s are prone to overheating. Overheating=death. So, after more internet searches, I found recommendations for Game Republik. I'm not a gamer. So, I had never heard of them but the reviews said good things about their repair service. They seem to run a a good business repairing game consoles. There was quite a few consoles being repaired. We had a good conversation about problems with Playstation and how the overheating of the power supply and the warping of the motherboard seems to be a common problem. The repair would take about a day and would cost considerably less than what Sony would charge. The call that every parent dreads came the next day. It was followed by an email from their ticketing system. Sadly, the PS3 was dead- after disassembling the PS3, it was discovered that the processor had succumbed to the heat. The corpse of the PS3 was available for pickup. No charge. When I recovered the remains, there was another informative chat about the various advantages/disadvantages of different consoles. Proper respect for the departed was shown. Condolences were offered. Another email from the ticketing system sent me confirmation that the remains had just been released to a family member. On the trip to Goodwill to drop off the deceased PS3, I played Mozart's Requiem and swore never again to buy a Playstation. But at least I was happy with the repair service at Game Republik. read more

I owned an elite series 2 with stickdrift, I had tried all the YouTube methods of fixing it but they were only temporary. I saw the great reviews and I decided to take it to gamer Republik to get it fixed as a last resort. I called them previously and they were very friendly, I was skeptical about the 70$ price tag but I paid anyway because it was my hobby. Then I waited 2 entire weeks instead of the 3-7 day estimate, I finnally got it back but low and behold there were half a dozen issues with it (ironically none were stick drift) like paddles not sticking on, joysticks were broken, triggers not responding. I took it back to get a new one free of charge but they tried charging me an extra $20 on top of all that. I eventually gave in but I felt extremely scammed. I paid 70 dollars to get a controller fixed and it took 2 weeks and I get it back and it's broken and they charge me 20$ more. I feel scammed I am a child. read more

The kid at the counter literally shit on us. We went in a group of four. The kid said we couldn't sit in the same room. Then the other guy said they had 4 PCs available in a row. The kid literally said "would you shut the fuck up" in our faces. After our computers were set up, one of my friends' PC won't load Pubg. I've only recently started coming here so here's my unbiased opinion (I don't really know much about past drama and I don't think it should continue to affect future business). Game Republik is a fun and relaxing place to meet with friends and play video games. Sure, I have a nice PC at home that I can play on, but something about this place keeps me and my friends coming back. The atmosphere is great, the employees are great, and I love being able to be around friends and fellow gamers. The employees check on me pretty often to make sure things are still going smoothly. If there is a problem, it's not hard to find someone to help and they do so happily and quickly. I have nothing to complain about customer service or the performance of their computers. It's all been great for me so far. Also, "ladies night" is great, thanks for making Fridays even better! As for the repair part of the business, I can't say much about that yet. These guys are great! My Xbox has been working funny for years, (the color was off and it buzzed loudly) and I never thought to bring it into a repair shop until I saw their ads on craigslIst. I brought it in and I could tell they were dealing with a problem customer on the phone (I could even hear the customer cursing these hard working guys out...bad form! Get a life outside of your Xbox, geeze!) But they helped me out right away, diagnosed my problem for free and sold me a new cord that fixed my problem up like it never happened! Hello there, I never been to Tek Republic but I have a question... Recently my brother bough a Fat Ps3 60gb 4usb lot and unfortunately he got scammed by saying it worked but it didn't. He paid 100$, but to buy a new system would just put the 100$ to waist. I looked up for repair shops and I will be going to Tek Republic to get it fixxed. The problem I think it has is ylod. When turned on it goes green then yellow then blinks red. I tried opening it to try to fix but I did not know what I was doing but anyways. How much will it cost to repair the ylod and also i would like for it to have a new fan and what ever can be done to it to make it last a while. Update: So Chris is actually a liar and a thief. Several hours after the phone altercation they call and say it's ready to be picked up. Surprise. I go in to pick up, and the nice little kid working at the counter tries to plug it in to test. Clicks the eject button multiple times. Around the 5th time it opens. This is about when my buddy comes out from the back. Me: I just wanted to tell you I didn't appreciate the way you talked to me earlier. It was very rude and disrespectful. Chris: You were rude. Me: Honestly, it's really not how you should be addressing customers. Chris: I'm a dick, everyone knows I'm a dick. So what? (front desk guy nods) Me: Ok if that's how you want to treat your customers, I'm just telling you I didn't appreciate you disrespecting me. Chris: You Californians are all the same. You people think you run everything, well let me tell you sweetie, we do things a little different here in Texas. You're in MY town. (*Note, I have no idea what this means? I dispute the charge with the credit card company. Chris sends threatening emails to my husband about suing us, and police reports for theft of service. Please PLEASE file a police report. Here officer HAVE MY BROKEN XBOX. I can't even donate it to poor children. Chris tells the credit card company that he repaired it and I'm a liar. Chris insults the poor woman AT the credit card company (she was almost in shock when she called me). So I went to Walmart and bought a new Xbox. I really wish I had done that before this douchebag raised my blood pressure and wasted 2 weeks of my time. And the new Kinect is pretty sweet. So now Chris has $54.14 after NOT fixing the Xbox, verbally assaulting me in his store in front of customers, and on the phone. Really gamer guys? You go in there day after day and give this criminal your money to play video games? Come on! Save your money and buy your own system and invite a nice girl over to game with you in your dorm! You'll have a lot more success than hanging out in his dungeon. Since you clearly have a problem with me, and clearly have no problem posting our personal information on Yelp, I can only imagine what other steps you would take to get even with us. And for the record, we were never rude to your staff. Calling once a day and checking status is annoying, sure, but it doesn't equal rude. And you know how you fix that? First off, I will admit that I am not a PC gamer. Yeah, I know that's sort of the point of this place, but I wanted to try it out anyway. I came here mainly to check out the old DDR machines and see if there was anyone to play Rock Band with. There is a cluster of fighting games in a corner right when you walk in, but I didn't spot any DDR machines. Eventually I spotted one of them: unplugged, turned around, and shoved into a corner behind an active machine. Okaaay. Don't you have a storage room or something to put machines you aren't using? As it turns out, they do, but they couldn't put the unused DDR machine in it...since there was already a DDR machine in there. Oddly enough, that one was the one that was plugged in, so I gave it a whirl. It ranks among the worst arcade experiences I've ever had. The machine itself was fine, but the room was about as hot as the SURFACE OF THE SUN, and the rest of the room is crammed full of junk (since, yanno, it's a STORAGE room). Are they embarrassed to have people playing DDR in plain sight? Is there some gang war between DDR players and PC gamers that I'm unaware of? Really, whatever the reason, they should just unplug the damn machines and put them in storage if they don't want to give them the room and air circulation they need. The rest of the arcade machines get a bit more attention, but not much. They all occupy the same tiny corner. The machines are too close together so there's a big overlap of players and the people in line. The arcade area would definitely benefit if they spread the machines out more, especially since they have a good collection of fighters. The console setups looked pretty nice. There was one separate room with a big screen (or was it a projector?) and comfy seating that was being used by some kids playing Rock Band. Looks like it would be a good setup for a group who might want to get a bit louder and not have to worry about disturbing the rest of the store. There were also two medium-sized TVs in the main area for consoles. Since it's billed as a PC gaming center, the computers take up most of the space. One wall is lined with 'em. I can't say anything about the quality of the machines, but I liked that the boxes were up above each station so they were out of the way. The whole setup looks really good. I have no frame of reference for prices, but they seemed reasonable to me. $3.50 for an hour, $2 on Tuesdays. Much cheaper than spending an hour in an arcade, at the very least. Overall, I would recommend it if you want a place to go with a group. The guys who were already there were kinda doing their own things, so it's not really a place to go if you want to FIND a group. read more

I never contacted you because after reading all of the other negative reviews of this company, I figured I'd cut my losses. You didn't find a Max because I don't use my real name on the internet. It's a security thing. Your response update basically suggests that this transact never happened so the review can't be valid. Why would someone review you FOR NO REASON at all? If you have as many negative reviews as you guys have, it's probably YOUR company's fault, not your customers making things up. Let me give you a bit of advice for the future. If someone gives you a negative review, you message them and try to work out the situation and then ask them to take the review down after you reconciled their problem. You don't go on and say you searched for this transaction and couldn't find it. I could have had someone take it there and put it under their name. I have no problems taking this review down if you want to reconcile my issue at no additional cost to me. How do you want to proceed? (Update 2). 12/17/13 Did you even read my update? Here's the deal, I'm sensing that you are the type of business owner where the customer is in the wrong most of the time because lots of customers are jerk offs. I don't have the type of time to just go randomly give businesses bad reviews. There are thousands of businesses on yelp with stellar reviews but for some reason YOUR company is the target of the pretend negative reviews. OK. For me to review something at all, the place has to really suck. I reviewed you because I had a bad experience at your business. PERIOD. If you say I paid $25, ok I buy that. I don't have a receipt to prove otherwise so I'll accept that I could have made a $10 discrepency regarding what I said I paid. Either way, the cost wasn't my primary issue. The issue is that I didn't get what I paid for and now I'm sitting here having you tell me that you have bad reviews because people are unreasonable and exaggerate that they have bad service with your company. At this point, I'm pretty confident that the negative reviews you have a likely warranted. From my experience alone, your belief is that if I gave you a negative review, it's because the problems is on my end. At the end of the day, I paid for something at your business and did not get what I paid for. Normally I give a business the opportunity to right a wrong, but after talking with you I'm convinced that your mentality towards customer service won't change.
