To make matters worse, after three fittings, they had not even completed a hem. Wedding Atelier charged $1,300 for alterations -- payment required at the time of purchase -- and refused to refund a single dollar despite the damage they caused. I loved so many of the dresses that it was hard to decide which one to purchase. She was flexible in allowing me to come back in for a second appointment to try on my favorites once more before choosing THE ONE. The showroom is small so you will be the only client there, which makes the experience relaxed and personal. At no point did I feel pressured to buy. After making the final decision, Angela was professional in helping me understand the contract and taking my measurements. My emails were always answered quickly and all communication was easy and pleasant. Shockingly, the dress was finished a week earlier than expected and took only 4 months total! I picked it up today and it is just the most beautiful piece of work. Whitney was very helpful and attentive in completing the sale.
