So, motorcycles have always been in our blood. We started by getting a couple auto shift no clutch putters for around town. It's fun till you've seen all the same stuff time and time again. After a couple bike changes, we decided to trade in our 2 smaller for 1 larger for my husband to go ride the mountain curves on. He opted for a 26' Kawasaki 900Z. He loves it because it has an awesome cruise system, as well as handles great. Our salesman that we really like working with is Kevin Fox. Super nice guy with great salesman qualities. Picked it up August after the repair, took it home, our grandson rode it for about 15 minutes and it died. So disappointed being charged $350 and not repaired. Took it right back and now it's the carb? Another $500! No way. They have no idea what they are doing and would never recommend them to anyone. Now we have a quad that does not run for a $350 repair that was not repaired correctly and let a customer down with no solution but to give them $500 for something that should have been caught with the inspection. Honestly I don't even know if they really even did the throttle cable repair. Shame on them.

I thought I was helping out by rolling the bike in side to do the picture but instead got about five people, whistling and screaming at me and making a big scene. I was with my wife and child at the time. So instead of pulling me to the side and maybe say something, they decided to embarrass me in front of the whole store. I even talked to my sales person on the side and he continued on embarrassing me. After that, we were sent to accessories and clothing area with the salesman behind the counter there just talked down to me in a condescending way like I didn't know anything. Got out of there as quickly as possible. Just very rude to their customers. I don't understand it. This is the second bike I have purchased from them.
