I was very nervous reding this company review after I order 2L of Motul. Bottom line is if you are not in a rush of getting your parts, this is the place to go. I got my motul for $10 each. You cant find it anywhere else online or in store. Order was placed on the 16th of August, order status changed to shipped on the 21th, item was arrived on the 24th Good price, fast shipping Thanks PDI read more

These reviews will make you paranoid, don't let them get the best of you. Take everything you read with a grain of salt. All I can say is know that most people wine and complain, they feel entitled and want everything instantly That being said, I ordered shocks on 4/12/18, never hearing about the site/company all I saw was the pricing. Got the shocks $75 off from the manufacture site and $25 cheaper than any other site I could find, figured Why not. Placed my order, instantly was charged, waited four days and still saw my order awaiting fulfillment, that's when I decided to search and came across these reviews. Probably the worst online ordering feeling I ever had after reading these reviews and not hearing anything. Thought, damn looks like I got scammed. Sent a message off the site, heard nothing, sent an email, heard nothing. 4/17 Decided to call, well the next day sure enough I got a call back saying my order was on backorder and would be fulfilled and shipped on the 4/28. So look at that, I called and got a reply on 24 hrs, not bad. 5/1 comes around, I hear nothing and see the order online still awaiting fulfillment. Next day again 5/2 I get a call that the order was shipped on the 1st. 5/3 they update the online order with a tracking number and 5/4/18 I get my order exactly what I ordered Now communicate / customer service is key with online shopping. I will say they could do a better job updating the site, answering emails/online messages, updating what's on back order etc, so for someone who isn't in a rush I would say buy from here. Give them sometime and you will get your order. Like I've read I can imagine them not keeping a lot of things in stock allowing to sell at the discounted prices. I think not showing backordered products is a lil crappy, but all in all, it was a good experience. considering I'm not the type to complain about a lil bit of a wait. All I needed was answers and I got answered every time. I think one of the worst things is to read all these reviews because they can drive you crazy. Take it for what it's worth read more

ZERO STARS. Crooks! Read the reviews! After 4 months of trying to work with these jerks, my bank (Chase Bank) made it right - after 2 months of PDI Racing lying to Chase Bank. NUMEROUS online messages, NO REPLIES. NUMEROUS calls, only get a machine. You will regret buying from these crooks. STAY AWAY! read more

I placed an order on July 16 and after 11 days of no shipping notification or communication whatsoever I called the business to get an update on my order. I left a voice message informing them that I was checking on the order not being shipped and how the situation could be rectified. I never received a return call and they canceled my order and issued a refund 3-4 hours later. I forgot to look up reviews before purchasing and I wish I would have from the start. By the time I reorder the parts I will miss out on at least 3 weeks of being able to use my jetski. If you decide to order online you should expect to receive no order updates and get no answer if you call them. read more

If I could rate zero stars I would. I hope this company gets charged for fraud!!!!! Ordered parts 3 weeks ago, never got a order confirmation, or shipping notification. I was charged 321.00 on my card and they won't answer calls or emails. They deleted there Sierra Nevada powersports.com site they used to scam me, all contact numbers go to PDI... Every time I call the voicemail box is full. I want my money back from these crooks. read more

Waisted my time trying to get a windshield from them. They had their website reflecting a particular Puig was in stock. I paid extra for faster delivery, and after that time period passed, I called to check in my order. They said the manufacturer was backed up and the order was delivered from Italy. I was gullible enough to believe that because with my research, most other distributors were out of stock. I got the runaround for another two weeks or so and finally requested my money back. That was probably the best part of dealing with PDI (otherwise I would have left 0 stars). Shop elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle. It should be noted, this took place last year. However, i still would not recommend you do any business with PDI. read more

UNfortunately I didn't read reviews on this company before ordering. I ordered brake caliper a few days ago and nothing has been sent to me as of being accepted, sent out, etc. I tried calling, but like MANY who left reviews,, GOT NOTHING BUT A RECORDING. They say that they will return phone calls, but they do not. I will be contacting my credit card company as soon as I finish typing this review. Well, after talking to my credit card dispute part of my bank, they said I have to wait 5 business days in order to dispute this transaction. I will have to update you all on whether or not PDI will make this right.... As of right now, it's a one star for their lack of customer service. That may change. Updates in the near future. read more

I honestly wish ZERO stars were an option. Do not order from this SCAM website!!!!! I placed an order on december 3rd with this company and the money was immediately withdrawn from my account. Was a little concerned that 5 days later my order hadn't even shipped ( considering it was a Christmas gift) I decided to reach out via phone number ... SURPRISE no one answered. Did leave my name and order number HOPING to get called back - but that would have been a christmas miracle. Obviously, I never received a call back so, giving this company the benefit of the doubt I thought maybe I would have better luck emailing them, SURPRISE AGAIN I was wrong. Never received an email back and at this point all I wanted was my damn money back. I had to open an investigation with my bank that will now take 90 days or more for them to investigate the situation so I can hopefully be refunded for never receiving my item & all this damn frustration. Moral of the story, save your money do not order from this website to save yourself gray hairs and frustration. Unbelievable that this website is SUCH a scam! read more

I ordered on Thursday night, the package supposedly shipped the following Tuesday night, but a week after I ordered I don't even have a tracking number. Calling them (four times) only results in a message saying they're on the phone with another customer (they must be very busy) and leaving a message doesn't generate a return call. I really don't even know if my order has shipped yet. I'll update this if the service ends up being better or worse than it has been so far, but they don't seem very service oriented. God help me if I need to do a return! read more

Don't be deterred by the negative reviews about this business. I purchased from this site for the first time on March 20th 2017, and today, Friday March 24th, I received my items. Yes, it is true, the website isn't updated as fast as other sites, and yes, the status seems to stay on "awaiting fulfillment" longer than one may be comfortable with, but they do get you your order delivered pretty quickly. I didn't Yelp the site until 2 days after I placed my order when I didn't see any updates on the site and I admit, I did feel uneasy about the purchase after reading the negative comments. Judging by the low prices, I'm assuming that this business keeps a very low overhead and passes the savings onto their customers, but to do so, something needs to be sacrificed. In this case, I believe they sacrifice the "Admin" tasks associated with the updating status of orders on the website. They may be running the business with the bare minimum amount of staff. I did call the business a couple days after I placed my order and I left a voice message since I had questions about my order. They did return my call but I missed it and they didn't leave a message. I was ok with that because my order was updated to "Shipped" on their website shortly after I missed their call. Overall, I'm glad I purchased from PDI. They saved me money overall and I received my stuff within a week. read more

As an extremely avid Yelp'r, after seeing so many negative reviews here, I was very leery to try PDI Racing. Their pricing, however, was FAR better than the competition, not an easy feat in this day of internet shopping, and my CC's customer protection is stellar, so I figure I'd take the gamble. My Shorai LiFePo battery was ordered from them late Wednesday afternoon, and as I clicked on the shipping confirmation I received this morning, I notice it's already at my doorstep! From Nevada to Texas in a day and a half?!? Bravo, PDI!!! read more

It appears this may be the only way to contact the owner. I placed an order 2 weeks ago, still says awaiting fulfillment, and no one has answered my numerous emails or voicemails. I am about to call my bank if I don't get a response somehow today! Please refer to my emails or voice messages for a call back number by the end of the business day. Later today: Received a call today from someone at PDI racing and they are going to be sending out my order; Was out of stock and had tried to send an email to me that I didn't receive. I will update this when order is received Shipped Update - Received order a few days after I was contacted and it was shipped that day. So other than the communication issues, I'm happy with my order and grateful I received it! I would order again although would make sure that it wasn't something I needed right away. read more

Good job Yelp removing my review because they don't think I actually purchased anything from PDI. News flash, one can purchase items and have them shipped to them! I don't just shop in my neighborhood!!! My review, reposted: Didn't read up on reviews of the shop until after I placed my order. I was concerned when I read some; Having to contact them to get your order, or not getting your order at all. There were no problems whatsoever with my order, the shipping was free and it arrived at the post office in just four days. read more

After reading all the horror stories on here I was very nervous, as I did not think to read the reviews prior (dumb of me). I paid with PayPal and actually received my order in about a week, which wasn't too bad. I am taking a star off because they didn't provide a tracking number on my order, which could have provided a problem had I not received the package. In short, after reading all of these horror stories, I'd say pay with PayPal and/or a credit card so you get consumer protection and can easily get your money back. read more

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS i placed an order 4 weeks ago it said part was IN STOCK- never received any confirmation or updates. 2 weeks later i called in and got Russel to leave me a voicemail stating that my part was backordered and scheduled to ship out the following week. I called 1 day after the backorder date (last week) to confirm that it was shipping out and did not get extended. I have left 4 voicemails now with no response back and have no way to get in touch with these guys. My only recourse is to contest the CC charge since i can't even cancel my order or get an update. To management team- PLEASE LEARN HOW TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS if you take somebodies money and ghost them you will have very unhappy customers. What a joke. read more

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT do business with this company. Many, many similar reviews out there of them accepting your order, charging your credit card immediately, and then never shipping your order. An order I place back in November is still showing as awaiting fulfillment. Tried calling and sending an email to cancel the order - no response from either. Filed a complaint/stop payment with Citi cards to stop payment, they are still awaiting a response from them after two month. Just checked their web site and it is now and you get the message - "Store Unavailable, This store is currently unavailable due to maintenance. It should be available again shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused." Do your homework and read the many negative reviews on multiple sites. read more

I received what i ordered in a week, but the website didnt update until i already received my knee braces. I ordered from pdi racing because of their amazing prices, but after a few days, the website was still saying "awaiting fulfilment" so i got scared and then looked at all the reviews online... seing all the horror stories i freaked out, i thought i would never receive my knee braces i bought for $571 ($230 cheaper than retail). Got my package at my door after 8days. Not bad considering how cheaper prices are compared to everyone else on the internet. I'm still giving 4 stars, because i dont really care if i can track my order perfectly as long as i receive what i ordered, and as long as it doesnt take too long. And i appreciate to pay less, big time. Motocross is an expansive sport! read more

Terrible, Buyer BEWARE!- PDI confirmed my order of 2 motorcycle tires on September 23rd. No tracking number. Update on October 4th, no estimated delivery date or tracking number. 3 weeks, no tires, and I cannot get them on the telephone. If I could give this company negative stars I would. On 29th of June, 2018 I placed an order of $250 for a WSM top end kit for my jet ski. The funds were immediately drawn from my account and my order was updated to Awaiting Fulfillment. Three months later. THREE MONTHS LATER, on October 2, 2018 it's still at awaiting fulfillment. I've not heard from PDI and they haven't returned my calls. At this point I'm looking at a small claims process just to get some of my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY!!! I placed an order on July 13th. I received no communication from the company after the order confirmation email. Two weeks later, I called multiple times to determine what was going on with my order. Since no one ever answers the phone, I left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails. I finally received a phone call stating that my items would be shipped soon. When I did not receive any products, I began calling and emailing again. On August 3rd I received an email stating that the distributor should be receiving more of my items in stock that day and they would then ship them out to me. It is now a month later and I have still not received any product, cannot get anyone to return any messages, and have been unable to get them to refund my purchase.
