Got the shocks $75 off from the manufacture site and $25 cheaper than any other site I could find, figured Why not. Placed my order, instantly was charged, waited four days and still saw my order awaiting fulfillment, that's when I decided to search and came across these reviews. Probably the worst online ordering feeling I ever had after reading these reviews and not hearing anything. Thought, damn looks like I got scammed. Sent a message off the site, heard nothing, sent an email, heard nothing. 4/17 Decided to call, well the next day sure enough I got a call back saying my order was on backorder and would be fulfilled and shipped on the 4/28. So look at that, I called and got a reply on 24 hrs, not bad. 5/1 comes around, I hear nothing and see the order online still awaiting fulfillment. Next day again 5/2 I get a call that the order was shipped on the 1st. 5/3 they update the online order with a tracking number and 5/4/18 I get my order exactly what I ordered Now communicate / customer service is key with online shopping. I will say they could do a better job updating the site, answering emails/online messages, updating what's on back order etc, so for someone who isn't in a rush I would say buy from here. Give them sometime and you will get your order. Like I've read I can imagine them not keeping a lot of things in stock allowing to sell at the discounted prices. I think not showing backordered products is a lil crappy, but all in all, it was a good experience. considering I'm not the type to complain about a lil bit of a wait. I placed an order on July 16 and after 11 days of no shipping notification or communication whatsoever I called the business to get an update on my order. I left a voice message informing them that I was checking on the order not being shipped and how the situation could be rectified. I never received a return call and they canceled my order and issued a refund 3-4 hours later. I forgot to look up reviews before purchasing and I wish I would have from the start. By the time I reorder the parts I will miss out on at least 3 weeks of being able to use my jetski. Waisted my time trying to get a windshield from them. They had their website reflecting a particular Puig was in stock. I paid extra for faster delivery, and after that time period passed, I called to check in my order. They said the manufacturer was backed up and the order was delivered from Italy. I was gullible enough to believe that because with my research, most other distributors were out of stock. I got the runaround for another two weeks or so and finally requested my money back. That was probably the best part of dealing with PDI (otherwise I would have left 0 stars). Shop elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle. It should be noted, this took place last year. UNfortunately I didn't read reviews on this company before ordering. I ordered brake caliper a few days ago and nothing has been sent to me as of being accepted, sent out, etc. I tried calling, but like MANY who left reviews,, GOT NOTHING BUT A RECORDING. They say that they will return phone calls, but they do not. I will be contacting my credit card company as soon as I finish typing this review. Well, after talking to my credit card dispute part of my bank, they said I have to wait 5 business days in order to dispute this transaction. Was a little concerned that 5 days later my order hadn't even shipped ( considering it was a Christmas gift) I decided to reach out via phone number ... SURPRISE no one answered. I ordered on Thursday night, the package supposedly shipped the following Tuesday night, but a week after I ordered I don't even have a tracking number. Calling them (four times) only results in a message saying they're on the phone with another customer (they must be very busy) and leaving a message doesn't generate a return call. Don't be deterred by the negative reviews about this business. I purchased from this site for the first time on March 20th 2017, and today, Friday March 24th, I received my items. Yes, it is true, the website isn't updated as fast as other sites, and yes, the status seems to stay on "awaiting fulfillment" longer than one may be comfortable with, but they do get you your order delivered pretty quickly. I didn't Yelp the site until 2 days after I placed my order when I didn't see any updates on the site and I admit, I did feel uneasy about the purchase after reading the negative comments. Judging by the low prices, I'm assuming that this business keeps a very low overhead and passes the savings onto their customers, but to do so, something needs to be sacrificed. In this case, I believe they sacrifice the "Admin" tasks associated with the updating status of orders on the website. They may be running the business with the bare minimum amount of staff. I did call the business a couple days after I placed my order and I left a voice message since I had questions about my order. They did return my call but I missed it and they didn't leave a message. I was ok with that because my order was updated to "Shipped" on their website shortly after I missed their call. Overall, I'm glad I purchased from PDI. I called 1 day after the backorder date (last week) to confirm that it was shipping out and did not get extended. I received what i ordered in a week, but the website didnt update until i already received my knee braces. I ordered from pdi racing because of their amazing prices, but after a few days, the website was still saying "awaiting fulfilment" so i got scared and then looked at all the reviews online... seing all the horror stories i freaked out, i thought i would never receive my knee braces i bought for $571 ($230 cheaper than retail). Got my package at my door after 8days. Not bad considering how cheaper prices are compared to everyone else on the internet. I have sent a text message daily an email and now there site is down for repairs it says so you can't message them on there site. I am happy to report that my purchase showed up. I did receive a supplemental email after I once again had to email PDI because they never answer the phone. The email included the correct tracking number. I am very pleased with the jacket, and am amazed the price for it is more then $150 less then the same jacket at Revzilla. Well packaged. If I could give this company negative stars I would. On 29th of June, 2018 I placed an order of $250 for a WSM top end kit for my jet ski. The funds were immediately drawn from my account and my order was updated to Awaiting Fulfillment. Three months later. THREE MONTHS LATER, on October 2, 2018 it's still at awaiting fulfillment. I've not heard from PDI and they haven't returned my calls. At this point I'm looking at a small claims process just to get some of my money back. I finally received a phone call stating that my items would be shipped soon. When I did not receive any products, I began calling and emailing again. On August 3rd I received an email stating that the distributor should be receiving more of my items in stock that day and they would then ship them out to me.
