I dismount at the Service Center to find the lower exhaust pipe hanging on by only two bolts at the cylinder head. The after market Vance & Hines staggered pipe assembly requires a "dog-bone" nuts and bolts mount that has completely disappeared. The service technicians were professional and immediately walked me over to the Parts Manager. He introduced himself and walked outside with me to see exactly what I needed. Within 20 minutes, I was back on the road. Accolades to the entire staff at BATTLE BORN especially the new Parts Manager. I think he said his name was Rick.

So I saw Michael's Cycle works had a 2022 KQ in stock. I wasn't really trying to buy brand new because things are expensive these days but the 1.99% deal Suzuki was putting on was attractive. I called down to the guys in Carson and Mike Cannon picked up. While talking to him about the new KQ he told me "I've got a champion yellow 2011 750 Kingquad with power steering that just was traded in." Mike gave me all the specs and with just over 1000 miles on it he had me excited with a very fair price. I got down to Carson City to see this Kingquad and meet Mike. This Kingquad was exactly what I was looking for so I completed a deposit and Mike took care of the rest. This was my first time at Michael's Cycle Works in Carson City. Staff was friendly the location is super clean and I thought Mike Cannon helped me get a smoking deal. All I can say is know that most people wine and complain, they feel entitled and want everything instantly That being said, I ordered shocks on 4/12/18, never hearing about the site/company all I saw was the pricing. Got the shocks $75 off from the manufacture site and $25 cheaper than any other site I could find, figured Why not. Placed my order, instantly was charged, waited four days and still saw my order awaiting fulfillment, that's when I decided to search and came across these reviews. Probably the worst online ordering feeling I ever had after reading these reviews and not hearing anything. Thought, damn looks like I got scammed. Sent a message off the site, heard nothing, sent an email, heard nothing. 4/17 Decided to call, well the next day sure enough I got a call back saying my order was on backorder and would be fulfilled and shipped on the 4/28. So look at that, I called and got a reply on 24 hrs, not bad. 5/1 comes around, I hear nothing and see the order online still awaiting fulfillment. Next day again 5/2 I get a call that the order was shipped on the 1st. 5/3 they update the online order with a tracking number and 5/4/18 I get my order exactly what I ordered Now communicate / customer service is key with online shopping. I will say they could do a better job updating the site, answering emails/online messages, updating what's on back order etc, so for someone who isn't in a rush I would say buy from here. Give them sometime and you will get your order. Like I've read I can imagine them not keeping a lot of things in stock allowing to sell at the discounted prices. I think not showing backordered products is a lil crappy, but all in all, it was a good experience. considering I'm not the type to complain about a lil bit of a wait.
