They over charge for basic nails and rush while doing the sets. They didn't prep my nails correctly so I know these won't last long. I can already tell which nails are lifting (mind you I got them done two days ago). Overall it's a nice environment, very cute inside, and the people were nice. I just personally wouldn't recommend them for a full acrylic set, because I paid $90 for something that won't last two weeks. read more

Horrible experience I went in for gel nail color change First felt rushed they tried to use the electric file for my natural nails!! That should ONLY be used for acrylic then again felt rushed didn't even give my nails 5 min. To let my gel polish come off. They rushed it again by scraping my polish off if I would not have said something again they would have used a metal remover that is unacceptable. immediately tried up-sale no I do not want a pedicure or no I don't want a eyebrow wax. They charged me $25 for a gel nail polish change how crazy is that when a gel mani is $30 Andy never even tried to make sure my cuticles were ok meaning if they needed any cleaning or anything. While the whole time talking crap about me wanting to get my nails well taken care of and not putting up with what they wanted to use for my natural nails. For people that think that Austin is getting out of control it is business are taking advantage let me tell I'm from California and prices are way Higher than in California. This ridiculous! First and last experience it has been such a challenge to find a good nail salon! read more

Very welcoming for my first visit. I was greeted at the door and offered a cold drink. I was ushered to my chair at my appointment time. My clinician was excellent! She did a very thorough job on nail prep along with a lovely massage. She also recognized that I had thin skin and adjusted her pressure accordingly for exfoliating and buffing. There is a severe lack of quality customer service. The nail techs seem over worked as well. They will line up all he pedicures and when it's your turn the water is cold and your feet are wrinkled. When asked for gel you get regular. When asked for round you get square. It isn't incompetence it is speed and greed. Turn out as many as you can regardless of the quality. So was visiting from Florida and myself and my daughter wanted a full set dip and acrylic we were told no because someone else was coming for a full set. They advertise walk- in welcome but we were told no. We explained that we are going to a wedding and could not come back. They didn't even try to accommodate us. I have had MUCH longer nails that were $50+. Lisa Nguyen did the most amazing and professional work on my pedicure today (June 18, 2020). My poor neglected feet are in heaven! We were the only ones there until my nails were drying. This roomy salon next to Randall's was airy, squeaky clean. I went to a different salon last month, and this was 100% better. Experience and care make the difference. I stopped in this morning for a full set. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they called someone in to help me and I only waited maybe 15 minutes. Jenny did my nails. She was so sweet and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted and also had me check the progress throughout and would change anything I didn't like. The environment was very calming and the techs (not only the one helping me but also the other two) were very kind and friendly. Plus, my nails, while longer than I am used to, came out perfect.
