Honorio was kind enough to give me a walk in estimate for the damage to my front bumper and printed out a quote for me to send to the claims rep. He was very patient while I asked questions about this process as the other drivers insurance fought me tooth and nail for everything. After clearing those hurdles, Genesis set me up with an appointment to make the fix. She too offered great customer service with a positive attitude and helped me deal with the insurance. As a bonus, Galaxy offered to fix my back bumper in the same time to fix the front. While it was out of pocket the estimate was too good to pass up.
