Great customer service! I was roaming around the neighborhood canvassing for a body shop to fix my rear bumper and I found this on Yelp. The first thing that the owners/ managers are "hello and how can I help you" in a calming way. The owner of this shop actually suggested and assisted me. They did very good work in repairing our vehicle after an accident. The damage was rather extensive on the driver's side, but after Galaxy took care of it, it looks and drives as good as new. This was my first encounter with Galaxy Auto Haus after reading there positive reviews online. I read that they accept walk ins for estimates so I drove my wife's car to them for an estimate. My wife's 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid received some damage in the right rear quarter panel and bumper. I suspect it occured in a parking lot somewhere, most likely. The right rear quarter body panel sustained some paint scratches along with a few areas of completely denuded sections of paint. In addition, the right rear of the plastic bumper was dented or pushed in. It was about the size of a grapefruit. Needless to say, whoever hit her car didn't leave a note. We have all been there, right? Nevertheless, I ended up driving to Galaxy and meeting Adriana in the office. Honorio, the estimator, was just about to go to lunch but was able to take a quick look. I asked if the dent in the bumper could be pulled out and he responded that they normally don't repair plastic pieces. He pointed out that most insurance companies will replace the whole bumper assembly. He also noted the scratches and a scratched trim piece on the right rear wheel well. He roughly estimated the repair to cost about $2,000. We have car insurance but with a high deductible and am reluctant to file a claim. I said I would try to pop the dent out myself and use touch up paint. I had nothing to lose since if it didn't work out, I would return to Galaxy for the proper fix. Fortunately for me, I was able to pop the grapefruit size dent in the bumper and added touch up paint to the damaged areas. It turned our pretty well; not perfect, but good for the next parking lot mishap. The important thing is, my wife is happy. I want to thank Honorio for his honesty and suggestions for my DIY project. This review is long overdue & for anyone looking to chose this collision center over a collision center that their insurance company recommends, I will read this review , as the rest of these 5 star reviews are for people who get a discount off their deductible (in this economy I get it). They kept my car from November 2022-January 2023. During that time not only did they play with my about the date I will be receiving my baby back , but they disrespected me by being condescending & horrible service by the owners son (who is the one that replies back on Yelp as you can see the responses are far from professional), & when they finally had my car "ready" it was not even ready , rear view camera broken & tried to say that it was like that when they got it so bam another week they had to keep my baby so they had my car for like 2.5 months. I understand that there is a wait and like the owners son asked me "do you work at a collision center ?" NO I DO NOT , so I don't know what goes on but what can be provided to me is an accurate timeline & professionalism instead of condescending answers & questions when I wanted answer when my car would be ready & being told "why cant you just with the flow instead of being difficult" WOWZERS. For the whole month of December they kept saying my car will be "ready next week". Considering that I was paying out of pocket for a rental , the need to know when I'll be dropping my rental back to be able to get a discount if I let them know I'll be having their car for a long period of time ... I ended up not getting full discounts as I kept calling every week to say I'll be returning the car "next week" & setting drop off date that were not real. I spent 3k out of pocket for a rental car , by the time galaxy offered me a car was like that last month and too late ! They replaced my whole lift gate which I felt was unnecessary as they could have welded back that part that was bumped into , I asked them not to replace it as I wanted my car asap & that was putting them more off track , they refused and put the lift gate on the next day (bruh like that was still a month before I got my car) & I feel since they replaced the lift gate that messed with the wirings to the rear view camera (was perfect condition even after getting hit) & when the day that my car was "ready" they really tried to give my car with: 1. A tinted out back window(I suck I can't drive with tinted windows) 2. No function of my rear view camera. At this point I accepted a car from them because I already spent so much money on my rental ! My rear view camera until this day goes on & off & it's so frustrating because I already went back 2 weeks after receiving my car because the camera blacked out but I don't want to deal with this collision center that I just pray the camera goes back on & then the next day it does LOL . Anyways they waived my deductible which honestly wasn't even worth all the trouble they put me through as I still spent about 3-4K out of pockets & being disrespected is not worth a discount or waiving off of the deductible. Also I had to bring my dad with me in order to get things done trust me when I say the the son DID NOT talk to my dad like he did with me, ridiculous. The girls here are wonderful & great with customer service , although I was frustrated the whole time , they had a great attitude , they should really let the girlies here handle the replies back & the customer service ! read more

Extreme Gratitude to Sir Honorio and Genesis. They won us over, our GLS 450 Mercedes was severely damaged with over 20k worth, as covered by insurance. The left front passenger area, hood, multi light system, sensors (numerous) Honorio through his leadership , rebuilt our SUV looking and feeling like brand new. The attention to detail is highly impressive ,that Galaxy even found time and resource to replace a chrome piece in our bumper that was missing even prior to accident.
