I asked if I could pay to get it as a large drink and the manager couldn't comprehend that all she had to do was void the transaction and I'd ring up the new drink and tip the baristas for the inconvenience. I'm not trying to make a service worker feel bad but it's on management to not be so stingy on just helping a customer. For $8-9 it did not feel worth the money and genuinely the customer service with some of these Asian boba shops are atrocious compared to the ones in Richmond like even Tsaocaa or Zen Cafe or in Nova like Teas N You I've been to owned by competent owners and workers that aren't incompetent. I think it could be that I just don't love sago that much, not that the sago is necessarily bad here. But I would need to try more sago from other places to make that determination.
