I personally know other people who are patients here who have cancelled same day and have not been charged a fee. I've been a patient for a few years now and hoped I would receive some courtesy. I called to ask for the fee to be waived since it was my first time ever having to cancel. Nope. "Policy". They would make more money if they kept me as a patient versus trying to make $150. Even though the X-ray couldn't detect it, she carefully used a probe to find the problem and fixed it! Beyond all her professional help, we were deeply touched by her kindness. The day before my son returned to college, Dr. Hong found two cavities during his visit. She kindly added an extra slot to treat them after working hours on the same day!
