Dr. Wade Lee is an outstanding dentist! He's friendly, personable and does painless dental work. My wife and I have had crowns and fillings done by Dr. Lee and it was an easy experience with excellent results. He has a great staff from his assistant to the hygienists to the office manager, Alison, who handles the front desk. Alison is very helpful with scheduling and is always so positive. One of the hygienists, Rosanna, cleaned my teeth last week and they are stain free! She's an excellent hygienist. Five stars just isn't enough!!!! Ok, this review is LONG overdue for an amazing dental practice that continually exceeds my expectations in every area. First off, I am that patient who HATES going to the dentist because of an unreasonably high phobia of dental work!!. My fear manifests into speed talking and babbling which is completely inconsistent with having professionals working in your mouth! Well, Dr. Lee and his fantastic staff are the calm in my storm and I would never go anywhere else. My 3 boys & I were inherited patients after Dr. Landers retired and my sons have spent their childhood growing up with Dr. Lee as the family dentist. There is no rating high enough for this amazing team of caring, friendly, helpful and kind people who continue to make our visits as pleasant as possible while maintaining the intimate quality of a family practice. BONUS: A few weeks ago, I was getting one of 2 crowns (yuck) and casually asked why people don't get different colored crowns for fun (see fear babbling above). I was surprised to find out that crown "tattoos" are a real thing! I did some research, located a dental ceramicist, asked Dr. Lee for his thoughts, and the photo included is my personally painted Crown on a crown (the colored jewels represent my son's birthstones) that Dr. Lee installed this week. Dr Wade took over the practice - and I must say the quality not only stayed top notch - but also got better in several areas. For example the hygienists staff is doing an excellent job. Dr Wade is very thorough and cares about quality before anything else - results have been rock solid without a fault. I have a need to find a new dentist due to change in insurance. It is not easy since my medical plan is HMO while dental plan is PPO. Most of dental offices with high ranking on Yelp either don't accept new patient or only accept PPO dental plan. When I mention that I have HMO medical plan, they just ask me to find other offices. Alison from Dr. Lee office did take time to talk to my medical plan to find out PPO dental plan so that I can see Dr. Lee. Alison also schedules a initial visit quickly for me. Dr Lee spent a significan time to go through all my teeth. I lile the idea to have a big screen so both I and Dr. Lee could see all the teeth from X-ray. The whole process is more than 1 hour and he recommends the treatment to save two bad teeth. He also told me that the daily maintenant routine would be most important since that is the best way to keep your teeth strong and healthy. So far, he is the only dentish who spent more than 1 hour to exam my teeth. I hope that we will have a good relationship in future when my treatment starts taking place. read more

Dr. Lee and is staff are fantastic!! I started seeing him 2 years ago, at which point my teeth were in bad shape from 5+ years of neglect. We had several follow up sessions to address the many cavities. I felt well respected and taken care of each time. The hygienists (can't remember specific names) are wonderful and seem like genuinely kind people. And last but not least, Allison, who takes care of the front desk, is great! She is super friendly/funny and is on top of all the paperwork. I don't at all feel like I'm being "up sold" as some of the previous reviewers mentioned. Everyone in the office is very friendly and nice. I've been going to Dr. Lee for about a year. Minus the fact that the first appointment is in fact 2 separate appointments and I wasn't told about this, I thought the practice was fine. I went in for my routine teeth cleaning and the hygienist accidentally pulled a filling out. She told Dr. Lee who said that he was booked out and couldn't get me in (I was going to be gone for 3 months starting the following week) and that I would have to find another dentist to replace the filling!! I was shocked, since this was their fault I felt as though I should've been worked into the schedule. Luckily I explained the situation to my mom's dentist who agreed to work me in right away, I will obviously be switching to that dentist. I personally wouldn't go to this dentist again after this experience. read more

This happened in 2018: I started having a toothache in my front tooth and was looking for a dentist. After reading glowing online reviews, called up and clearly said I need an appointment to fix my teeth which was really nagging me. Could get an appointment only 3 weeks later. Waited out even with the pain because i thought a good dentist is worth the wait I had a small baby and had to arrange child care. On the day of the appointment, My child and childcare waited in the car in the parking lot while i went in. Dr Wade was curt and just did a routine check on my teeth even though I repeated told him and the reception that i had come in to fix my tooth pain and not for a routine exam . He then said I need a crown and he does not have time that day to fix my teeth. He was curt to me and not the niceness like I read in the reviews. He then said my teeth were in a bad state and the reception pointed out a ton of treatment plans running into a lot of money I was in tears and the thought that I needed a crown really scared me because it was very expensive. I went back to the car and cried my heart out listening to what they just told me. I asked the doctor/reception can you please do something about my tooth pain saying it is really bothering me and difficult to arrange childcare again, and the next appointment to fix my tooth pain was 2-3 weeks away if i remember correctly. But they did not relent and said there was no time that day Paid the routine exam fees in cash $50 but after reaching home, asked the reception if they would refund me because i never came in for a routine exam. They refused to refund after a long exchange. The happy part of this review is, I went to another dentist where she said i dont need a crown and she just needed to clean up the cavity and do a filling AND SHE FIXED IT ON THE SAME VISIT. it is more than 3 years since then and the filling still stands strong. I went for a routine exam 2 weeks ago to check if all is good because i am starting orthodontics treatment and was told the filling is still intact and all is good. My visit to Dr Wade's office haunts me once in a while remembering the struggling days with a small child and decided to put on this review now that my filling stood the test of time and i definitely did not need that expensive crown like Dr Wade said. read more

This is my favorite dental practice where I have been a patient. I moved to the area recently and was looking for a new dentist where I could go for regular cleanings. First of all, Alison, Dr. Lee's office assistant, is super friendly and easy to talk to. She made the process of booking my initial appointment straightforward, and she clearly answered all of my questions, including those about my insurance coverage. Off to a great start! Next up: Annie, my hygienist. She was so gentle, kind, and communicative throughout my entire cleaning. I felt so relaxed and well cared for. She paid special attention to where my teeth are sensitive. Tiffany, one of the dental assistants, kindly led me into a new room where Dr. Lee would see me. Dr. Lee asked me about my dental goals, and prompted me with goals that others come in with. He took a look at my teeth and gave me a clean bill of health, except for an area where a filling I'd gotten as a teenager had come out. During this visit, he was calm and kind with me, and ready to answer all of my questions. I made a follow-up appointment for a new filling for the next week, and that re-filling process took less than half an hour. So efficient! When the appointment was delayed 15 minutes, Alison communicated this to me effectively and offered me a Peet's gift card (which I declined, though I appreciated the gesture). After many years of neglecting my teeth, my fiancee finally tore down my wall of anxiety in visiting the dentist and convinced me to visit Dr. Lee for a consultation. My fiancee raved about her experience with Dr. Lee and his team and advocated for their ability in handling new patients that struggle with working up the courage to even visit the dentist. First off, Alison sets the tone of your experience when visiting Dr. Lee's office. She is a fantastic person and could not be more friendly. You feel welcomed as soon as you check in. My first visit did not involve much of wait and I was shortly greeted by Rosanna for a quick cleaning to prep me for my consultation with Dr. Lee. Rosanna is great at explaining the procedures before beginning and leaves room for any questions beforehand. Even throughout the process of my deep-teeth cleaning (separate visit) Rosanna would provide some encouragement and is always communicating her next steps before she proceeds. Dr. Lee came across as personable and was interested in learning more about my intentions regarding dental work. We spent about 5-10 minutes talking and getting to know one another which for me says a lot about him. I truly appreciated the time he took to discuss the extent of my current dental work and even going as far to begin a tentative plan towards being more preventative regarding my oral health. He understood that I had a wedding coming up and wanted me to feel comfortable and not self-conscious about my teeth. Professional, courteous, and not-scary. I hadn't been to the Dentist for around 3 years, so was pretty scared about going, especially since I've only lived in this country for 1.5 years and wasn't sure how to navigate the system. Dr Lee was legit, and all staff that I interacted with were great. The receptionist (Amanda? Alicia?) was very kind, and professional, even though I had to reschedule once, and then was late by 15 minutes. Worst customer to be late like that, but they didn't even blink and made me feel like it was all good. Very forgiving. The dental bit was easy peezy, I had to go back and get some work done and at all stages the communication has been crystal clear and the work done has been pro. I had a small gap in one tooth that they filled, and I can now chew on that side without even thinking about it. Oh one last thing, Alicia (Amanda?) explained how much my insurance would cover and how much I'd be out of pocket for the follow up work, well before I had to do it. That helped a lot cause health/dental insurance in this country makes my head hurt. read more

I had been coming to this dental office for almost a decade, and when I heard Dr. Lee was replacing his predecessor I was skeptical. He and his staff have certainly proved to be a very suitable replacement. They are all very friendly and helpful, as well as patient with reminding me to be better at brushing/flossing every time I come in. He has filled a cavity for me with a very smooth and painless technique. I accidentally found Dr. Lee's practice on Yelp through an old review on his predecessor. It was pretty random, but I am so glad I found them! To be honest, I never really looked forward to dental visits before coming to Dr. Lee, and I tend to become a nervous mess the second I sit in the chair. But Dr. Lee and his staff make the entire visit so much more enjoyable. I've never met a team of such friendly and accommodating dental hygienists, and Dr. Lee is really great about making sure you're comfortable. Also, Allison is especially great. Dr. Lee took over the practice of our previous dentist who we loved. I did not think I would be so lucky to love his replacement as much as I do. But I do! Dr. Lee is gentle, kind, and honest. He does not recommend unnecessary procedures and listens patiently to my questions about any treatment that I may need to have. Also His work is excellent. I have had two procedures by Dr. Lee and they have both held up very well. I'm old and tired;-) and can't be bothered with fake people. If you would like a dentist who is down to earth but highly skilled, I highly recommend Dr. Lee. Also I find the office staff very easy and pleasant to work with, which is very good as I don't know very much about insurance. I 've been seeing Dr. Lee for couple of years. Dr. Lee is a soft spoken and detail-oriented dentist. Whether it is filling, implant or crown, he has always been meticulous. I am very satisfied with all the work he has done on my teeth. His assistant Tiffany is very thoughtful for patients. She was very patient in picking up a right color for my implant crown. His clinic is also well managed by Alison. She not only does a good job in billing and documentation, but also follows all Covid-19 regulations and creates a safe environment for patients. Dr. Lee has been my dentist for a little over two years now, and I feel extremely confident recommending him. His entire care team is friendly, gentle and highly professional. Be it scheduling an appointment, performing procedures, or settling payments, everything is done with care and efficiency. Apart from the routine clean ups, I have had to get some cavities fixed. I have to admit the thought of cold steel instruments poking into my oral cavity makes me a tad nervous, but Dr. Lee and his hygienists always ensure that the procedure is painless and that I am comfortable during the entire session.
