Stay clear. Every visit you will be told that you have new cavities and by the time you realize you are being fooled all your teeth will have fillings. I could not understand why new cavities when I am keeping best care of m teeth. Changed doctor after shifting to new city and new cavities completely stopped for both me and my husband . Also I was told many reasons why I must change my existing capping only from their clinic because Dr Saboo did filling in tooth next to it where I would get food stuck all the time in-spite of multiple round of filling in that tooth. My new dentist simply did filling once and fixed everything perfectly without changing adjacent tooth with capping. Same was done to my husband who never had cavity issue before or after this doctor. But this doctor drilled many of his teeth. Every visit he would have new fillings. Save yourself. I am pretty sure those who are visiting this doctor must be told getting new cavities in every visit. Don't trust her like I did.change the dentist before your next filling before drilling your teeth. Also she pushed me and my husband to do deep cleaning and my teeth got black spots all over post that. read more

Our family has been using the dental services of De Anza Smiles for over 2 years. We consider Dr. Insiya Saboowala to be our family doctor. Dr. Insiya Saboowala is an immaculate professional in his field and a very empathetic benevolent person. Our son is a very sensitive boy and he did not let anyone touch his mouth, getting him vaccinated was always a difficult problem too. But, he goes to De Anza Smiles with pleasure, here he is calm, during the procedures he can watch a cartoon and he has never been hurt. I like that Dr. Insiya Saboowala explains everything very intelligibly, does not impose unnecessary procedures, and even when I do not understand something with my average English, slowly can repeat everything, tries to paraphrase and only after making sure that I understood and appreciated everything, we make a decision on certain procedures. I had the honor of meeting Dr. S. on Saturday when I call cause I had severe toothache. She called me back and said she could see me, but I end of getting appointment with western dental.I went to western dental but the wait was three hours cause they only had one dentist there. I called Dr. S back and she met at the office a hour later. It was pleasure meeting her but after that it went down hill. After I did the online paper work she begin talking money even before she took me back to see what was wrong. She wanted to charge just for the xray and the exam $ 201.00. I see so many signs on Dentist windows stating $25.00 or the xray and exam would be free. I was caught off guard with her prices. I didn't want to pull the tooth I want to fix the problem. She said I needed a root canal after looking at the tooth but I sure didn't have all the root canal money right up front. I would need a couple of days to get that type of money. She said all she could provide me with is antibiotics. I thought that was weird. If your giving people root canal and pulling teeth you should get your license to give something stronger. I give her my last eighty dollars and told her she could charge the rest on my card. I was so disappoint. I ended up at the emergency room. Stanford really help me out. I am so mad that she got my last eighty dollars and she was aware I was in severe pain. This lady is ripe off. I am so sorry I will not be returning. read more

I found Dr. Saboowala through Deccan Dental in San Mateo and brought my husband here for 7 crowns. Our previous dentist at Gentle Dental (stay away) messed up his teeth. The previous dentist said my husband had "9 small cavities." Every tooth she worked on resulted in a root canal having to be done. We came to Deccan Dental with a general fear and distrust for dentists after what happened. However, Dr. Saboowala was very attentive and professional. We told her we were moving in a few weeks to Boston. She and her staff scheduled the treatment very well and coordinated with the lab to ensure everything moved quickly and efficiently. The last treatment was completed two days before we moved out of town. She even called to follow up the next day. She is by far the best dentist I have had the pleasure of meeting.
