Growing up, I am always prone to get cavities, so I am used to getting work done. When I was first came to come see Dr. Thai from a recommendation, I was honestly confused by her conservative approach, but that's because I was used to the typical dentists who usually push for procedures. Dr. Thai is a kind & caring dentist who genuinely wants to take care of my teeth. I have never had a dentist who would want to "get to know my teeth" or recommend ways to improve before she drills. I had a couple accidents since coming to Dr. Thai at the beginning of this year; she would squeeze me in her busy days or even let me come for an emergency appointment on her day off. Most recently, she got me a tooth crown that matches the color of my teeth perfectly. I still can't find it right away if I don't look closely, and she picked the crown color by only looking at my teeth! It was sweet how passionate she was. I had no doubt when she told me that tooth crowns are her specialty. There were so many times I would look at my teeth and feel bothered by previous procedures. When I look at my teeth now, especially the tooth crown, I feel taken cared of by Dr. Thai. I don't think I can trust another dentist as much as I trust her. I have since recommended Dr. Thai to many friends and would 200% continue to do so! read more

My wife and I set up our appointments for a Saturday. Although we live in Fairfield it was definitely worth the drive. This was my first time here. This is a very nice office with plenty of parking. It struck me how clean this office was. The staff are super friendly. The staff go up and beyond ensuring everything is clean and sanitary for everyone. They also all are wearing sanitary personal hygiene products including gloves, masks, and protective clothing. This really made me feel safe and comfortable. Dr Thai had her assistant Oggustavo do my X-rays and cleaning. He did a great job. Next, the dental hygienist Phoug did my deep cleaning procedure and was extremely thorough. At the end of the procedure, Dr. Thai then advised me of how to get my teeth and gums back into good health. This was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. I'm glad we came and I will definitely follow all the suggestions I was given and we will be back for another appointment. read more

Dr Thai and her staff are excellent. They treat you with care and take extra effort to manage discomfort. In my recent cleaning, the hygienist is very thorough, not only to do a good job with plaque removal but also being careful around my gums that easily bleed. All of this without me ever saying anything. The office is clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The soft instrumental music and shaded safety glasses are a nice touch, bringing the overall experience a notch higher than what I'm used to at other dental offices. The location is also near restaurants and other businesses, so it's super easy to take care of errands before/after your appointment. Highly recommend. read more

Dr. Thai is truly the best dentist I have ever had. She is exceptionally kind, informative, and gentle, and she has a way of easing my nerves the moment she begins my care. After going two years without seeing a dentist, I realized I simply didn't trust anyone else with my dental health. When I finally visited her new, beautifully designed office, I was welcomed by a warm and friendly staff that reflected her same level of professionalism and compassion. During my visit, I had a severe cavity that she believed had a 99% chance of needing a root canal. She could clearly see how anxious I was about the possibility of that procedure. With her skill and patience, she was able to save my tooth, cap it, and relieve almost all of the pain I had been experiencing. On top of that, my two front teeth had been shortened and cracked over the years, and she repaired them flawlessly. She even went above and beyond by placing a composite veneer that turned out beautifully. What sets Dr. Thai apart is her honesty, her dedication, and the way she treats every patient like family. I have referred my relatives, friends, coworkers, and even my own patients to her, and she has cared for all of us with the same level of respect and genuine concern. That kind of trust and consistency is rare, and it's the foundation of a long-term doctor-patient relationship. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Thai to anyone seeking exceptional dental care. She is truly one of a kind. read more

Just wanted to add that she does cosmetic, emergency, implants, orthodontics, pediatrics, crown and bridge just to name a few!

I went to Dr. Thai today and she is great. She was gentle and answered all my questions. Her staff was very nice and were prepared for me when I walked in the door. I found a gem! Thank you Dr.Thai read more

Dr. Thai is my favorite dentist I've ever been to! Her expertise, care, and attention to detail came through in both my cleaning and cavity fillings. She was able to find hidden cavities that had been there for years and not found by previous dentists, then painlessly fixed them all in under 30 minutes. Since her office is new, she has all the newest and state of the art equipment that made her services extra nice. Overall highly recommend! You won't find a better or nicer dentist in the area - her and her team are so kind and I felt 10000% satisfied with the dental services. read more

I was talking to a friend and I told him I was looking for a dentist for my Mom. He referred Dr. Thai to me. He said he's referred over 10 friends and co-workers to her. His brother is super scared of dentists and his brother loves her. So of course, I made an appointment for me and my family. We all love Dr. Thai. She's so sweet and caring. She really looks at our teeth. They took X-rays and backed up with pictures what we needed. We had one dentist who said we all needed a lot of work and the office kept trying to sell us bottles of stuff. Our next dentist told us we were fine, no work needed, just brush and floss. His cleanings were brutal. So, Dr. Thai was perfect for us. Her hygienist is super nice too. He cleaned and polished my teeth and my son's teeth so well. They were shiny and whiter than we've had them for a long time. Most hygienist are done super quick, but he took his time and did a wonderful job. Dr. Thai said crowns are her specialty and she wasn't kidding. My back tooth was cracked and in bad shape. I grind even with a mouth guard at night. She fixed it, put a crown on it and it's perfect now. Getting work done on those back teeth is terrible but this was uncomfortable for just a few minutes at a time. She asked if I needed more numbing or a break. In the long run, the tooth would have needed a lot of work, probably a root canal and a lot of pain. So as soon as my mother is over the trauma of her last dentist, I'm taking her to Dr. Thai. read more

I had my first appointment with Dr. Thai earlier this week and I left with sparkly pearl whites. First impressions, I think she exudes a good balance of professionalism and being genuine, all while attuned to making sure you receive the best possible care. The practice itself is new, so the office looks remarkably clean and fresh, and equipment they work with is all brand new. She's currently looking for more clients, so she currently runs the office along with one other assistant during the weekdays; meaning that she runs on a tight schedule. But overall, I think she has a great personality, great with kids, if anyone's nervous about getting a procedure done, she'll ease those nerves no problem :) read more

Dr. Thai is wonderful! I always have anxiety going to the dentist, and I needed to choose a new one closer to me here in the Cupertino area. I came across Dr. Thai's dental office when searching and saw the amazing reviews so I chose this one and have no regrets after my first visit! Not only were the front desk receptionists super nice and helpful, but Gustavo, the dental hygienist was also kind and friendly. Dr. Thai was especially kind and warm. She made me feel so at ease as soon as I met her and the interaction felt so human and personal. I can tell she really gets to know her patients and is able to make everyone who steps into her office feel comfortable and at ease. She and her staff are also super efficient. My appointment for a dental check-up with xrays, cleaning, and Invisalign consultation + scans flew by. I felt taken care of so well by Dr. Thai and would recommend her to everyone I know! read more

A coworker recommended Dr. Thai to me earlier this year when I was dealing with some pretty bad dental pain. One of my teeth hurt so much that I couldn't sleep well and even talking during the day was uncomfortable. It was stressful and exhausting, but Dr. Thai was able to take care of the problem and bring me real relief at an affordable cost. What really made the difference for me, was how kind and caring Dr. Thai and her team were. From the moment I walked in, I felt looked after. They explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and treated me like more than just another patient. I've since come back for cleanings, and every visit reminds me why I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Thai. If you're looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about your well-being and provides quality service, I can't recommend her enough. Thank you again, Dr. Thai, for taking such good care of me! read more

Dr. Thai is truly exceptional. She saved our toddler's front tooth after he fell at just 18 months old and badly shifted it. As worried first-time parents, we were desperate to avoid him having a missing tooth for the next 3-4 years. It was 4:30 PM on a Sunday over a holiday weekend when we found Premier Care Dentistry--and to our surprise, Dr. Thai herself picked up the phone. Even though she was off work and driving her kids to activities, she patiently listened, asked for a photo of the injury, and called back right after seeing it. She generously offered to meet us at the office two hours later. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by her entire family! Dr. Thai explained that success wasn't guaranteed, but she offered to try a dental splint--something typically not done for toddlers--to help the tooth stabilize. We agreed, and three months later, after the splint was carefully removed, the tooth stayed in place! What truly set Dr. Thai apart was her patience, the way she explained every step clearly and compassionately, and her deep care for her patients. We were so impressed that both my husband and I decided to switch to her as our primary dentist--and every visit since has been just as thoughtful and professional. Highly recommend Dr. Thai and Premier Care Dentistry! read more

Dr. Thai is wonderful. I came in with so much anxiety because I had put off going to the dentist for 7 years and just knew my teeth were in bad shape and have had previous dentists scold or make fun of me. Not only was Dr. Thai kind and reassuring, she made sure I felt comfortable and confident with our care treatment moving forward. Her staff is also really nice and the hygienist who handled my teeth cleaning was really gentle and attentive. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm actually looking forward to going back to the dentist next week for a deep cleaning and to start working on healing my gums and taking care of my teeth with Dr. Thai's help. read more

Dr. Thai is the most AMAZING dentist! I first met her in 2011 at another practice when I needed a crown. Past bad experiences with dentists had left me anxious, but Dr. Thai repeatedly reassured me and prioritized my comfort. The crown she installed on a Friday afternoon was a perfect fit on the first try. She even gave me her personal number "just in case" and called to check on me the next morning--on her day off! That level of care blew me away, and I knew I'd found the perfect dentist. For the past 11 years, I've followed Dr. Thai from practice to practice, and I'm thrilled she now has her own. Her office is 25+ miles from my home, but the drive is absolutely worth it! read more

I recently had a cavity treatment and a crown placed, along with deep teeth and gum cleaning and a teeth polishing procedure, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Thai's expertise, knowledge and commitment to patient care truly impressed me. Both she and hygienist went above and beyond, which is why I'm sharing this review. Having experienced many dentists, I can confidently say this clinic is special. If you are looking for an outstanding dentist equipped with the newest technology, high quality care, skill, friendly staff, clean environment, excellent communication, reasonable pricing, and thoughtful scheduling, this is the place to go. Dr. Thai is truly patient-oriented. She listens to your concerns and personalizes your care plan. I highly recommend Dr. Thai! Her office is extremely clean and comfortable. She took the time to get to know, making me feel welcome. She explained what her goals for my first visit were and asked if I had any questions before she started. That made me feel like she wanted me to be OK with everything that was going to happen. That made me feel like she cares about making sure I'm aware of what is going on and giving me space to follow up any questions before work is done on my teeth. I left with clean teeth and a plan to keep them that way! read more

Dr. Thai is an absolute rockstar, and Cupertino is so, so lucky that she's decided to locate her practice here! My grandma knocked out her tooth - we were so lucky that Dr. Thai was in-office and willing to give re-planting the tooth a try. She very thoroughly explained the procedure, did an excellent job, and kept my grandma (who is often very nervous around doctors!) extremely comfortable and grounded. She was also so genuinely, genuinely kind the entire time, and went absolutely above and beyond. She is so clearly skilled and radiates absolute hyper-competence. Dr. Thai saved by tooth twice! I was her patient at another practice and followed her to Premier Care Dentistry. A few years ago, I had pain in my tooth and called her office. I was able to schedule to see her quite quickly. She diagnosed the issue as a cracked tooth and placed a temporary crown on it. A few weeks later, I got a permanent crown on the cracked tooth. She did such a good job that all the pain disappeared. Fast forward to this year, I visited her new office at Premier Care Dentistry as I experienced persistent pain in the same area. She adjusted the crown and prescribed medicine. After a few days, the pain is gone. She saved my tooth from having to go through a root canal treatment! Her approach to treatment is conservative and she always follows up to make sure everything is ok. She is a very caring and capable doctor. read more

I was told by my previous dentist that I needed a root canal and crown for one of my molars due to a deep cavity close to the nerve. This is something I had never encountered, and I never thought that a simple filling could lead to such a big issue. To be honest, I am not sure what damage my dentist may have caused to my tooth. Since I was skeptical of what my previous dentist had said, I decided to seek a second opinion to determine if a root canal was necessary. After doing some research, I came across Dr. Thai, who has received excellent reviews from her patients over the years. I was fortunate to schedule an appointment with her for a consultation the next day. After a thorough diagnosis, Dr. Thai told me that she could save my tooth without the need for a root canal, which was such a great relief, and even assured me that she would take good care of me. Throughout the entire procedure, she was gentle and professionally skilled in fixing all the damage that my previous dentist had caused to my tooth and gums. She also recommended that I get a crown to protect my tooth from any further harm in the future. I am especially grateful to Dr. Thai for being patient, kind, and caring throughout the whole process. She even called me that night to follow up on how I was doing and provided her personal contact number in case I had any questions. I can see that Dr. Thai truly cares for her patients and I am really lucky to find her. My tooth is now on its way to recovery. I am switching my dentist to Dr. Thai, and so are my family members. read more
