My wife had a tooth pulled and then had a bone graft to prepare for a tooth implant a few months ago. At that time we were informed that the cost of a dental implant was going to be about $4000. This seemed reasonable to me and in line with what other dentists charge. We went back recently for an x-ray to see how the bone was healing and all looked good. We scheduled a date for the implant surgery and the front office handed me an invoice for the implant and it was over $7,500. (This was in addition to the $1k I already paid). The doctor was very kind and patient. Most of all, Pam, who worked at the front office, was the best. She was extremely patient, and made me feel comfortable asking questions. It helped me make my decision to have my son's braces done here because of how she accommodated my concerns and questions. To preface, I have incredibly bad anxiety when I have to go to the dentist to the point of having panic attacks and so as a result, I haven't been to a dentist in a number of years and I have really bad teeth. An ad for Pannu Dental came across my Facebook for a free consultation for Invisalign for new patients so I put in a request for an appointment bc I'm tired of having bad teeth. Dr. Hatami has been absolutely wonderful from the beginning. I gave a brief overview of my dental history during the initial consultation and he was understanding but still gave his honest opinion of what my actual treatment plan should be which included a deep cleaning, an extraction, a couple fillings then Invisalign which I agreed with. So far, I've been 4 times in the last month for a 2 part deep cleaning, an extraction, and today a bone graft where the tooth was extracted in case I ever want an implant. The hygienist, who's name I can't remember, was absolutely amazing doing the deep cleaning and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I'm incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Hatami and his team for the wonderful service they've provided so far and that in doing so, I haven't had any panic attacks before, during, or after my appointments.
