He had it for nearly 2 hours before calling me to tell me he couldn't do anything to adjust the brakes unless he tore the whole thing open, which would've cost me $1400. When I got there, they said they cleaned the drums and pads and everything, which I didn't ask them to, and then he charged me for that work. Dude's shop is a scam.
