Starting the quote process, I reached out and provided details along with pictures of them items I was moving, dates, etc. I received a quote back within minutes, which ended up being discounted because I had a referral flier. On moving day, the guys arrived promptly at their arrival time and were ready to hit the ground running. I showed them an inventory of rooms and items to move and they wasted no time getting everything packed into the truck. It was actually pretty impressive to watch them lift heavy items as if they were light as a feather and place them onto the truck like Tetris pieces. Once we arrived to my new place they unloaded and placed my things were I wanted them and even shifted them around when I changed my mind. Can I say that not a single item was damaged, considering I had three pretty heavy pieces of mirrored furniture I'd say that's spectacular. Just moved with this company on Tuesday and the three men who were assigned my move did not speak english, scratched up my walls both old and new house. Cost discussed on initial call was not honored. Paid for 3 workers where only 2 did most so the total time was EXTRA long. We had to go behind them placing in correct rooms, even though we were telling them throughout, had to move heavy items off fragile glass or mater to prevent items being broken. They left items behind at my old property. They made a mess in one of our bathrooms doing a sink bath basically -- water all over sink and floor. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! When I emailed and called with complaints customer satisfaction did not matter. If the above behavior is highly trained I am afraid to see untrained according to their standards. I was prior military and moved many times --- I have never had as much issues before. They are getting a 1 star because it is minimum required by app.

From initial contact for a quote I thought something was off because the process wasn't as streamlined as before. Then I get a call the day before my move that my reserved timeslot of 9AM isn't feasible so i'm being bumped to 11AM. An emergency arose during the move where I had to make a few runs less than 1mile from the to & from move destination, which I think they took advantage of the no supervision & ran up the clock. I made my runs & came back to the movers nowhere to be found but there was a lunch sack with crackers on my couch so I guess they took a break in the middle of the move. Anywho, $700 later after a 2/hr $398 estimate I'm missing a glass shelf piece to my tv stand & the company has gone radio silent as to what happened to it. His communication was consistent, and he provided a confirmation email and phone call the day before the job. On moving day, his team arrived on time and quickly assessed the route to my third-floor apartment, which involved a narrow and winding staircase. Alexander gave me a heads-up that my couch and large chest might not fit, but he and Saul immediately began delegating and managed to find several creative solutions. They worked skillfully and fast, and made sure I was comfortable with them taking apart and reassembling my bed frame, couch, and the metal railing on the staircase. Everything made it upstairs! They got everything moved without a scratch on anything, and honestly, they're the fastest movers I've ever seen. James said he treats moving like Tetris, and he and Jesse did an excellent job getting lots of boxes and furniture safely onto dollies. I also appreciated how they triaged the types of furniture and loaded so many things onto multiple dollies in order to take it all down the elevator in as few trips as possible. From a pandemic perspective, they wore masks during the move, and I didn't feel any concerns. When I had to sign final paperwork at my old place, they headed to the new place and informed the concierge of our arrival to get the loading dock ready--now that's service! When I was able to pull up to his truck to talk with him, he immeditaely began yelling at me that I hit him....Sir.........if you are a a driver for a company i would HOPE that you have a basic understanding of the following: "Vehicles that do not enter a traffic lane safely are responsible for any incidents that occur as a result of their entry into the lane. In a similar manner, when a merging driver changing lanes cause a collision, the merging vehicle is almost always to blame." If my car is stationary in a lane, and you hit me changing langes, YOU are at fault. I digress..... When he would not reason, I called the owner of the company (who I previously very breifly called immediately following the incident) and left a voicemail to which he NEVER responded. Due to this, a police report must be filed to get my damages repaired. Just know.....if you are willing to hire this company, their workers are not only negligent, but will also scream roadside at young women, with NO care from owner/management.

Some of it was waterlogged so it weighed more than it should've (which didn't even occur to me) so I offered to pay more than he'd quoted since he'd make less profit after going to the dump. He refused and stuck to his original quote. Also, I don't know how he managed to fit everything in the back of his truck, but he did, tied it down well and covered it with a tarp so nothing would fly out while driving. He was super clear about taking it to the dump, so I know this stuff won't end up on the side of the road somewhere or dumped in the woods, too many people do that so they don't have to pay the dump fees. He worked quickly and was done loading in about a half hour. At least half of that time was spent rearranging stuff in the back of his truck so it would all fit and could be tied down. I'm holding onto his number! I will definitely use him again! Totally professional, courteous, and hardworking, I have only good things to say! If you need junk removal/construction debris removal, give him a shot, I only wish I'd found him sooner!
