Mehmet (Larry), is one of the nicest and smartest businessmen I know. He fixed my garage door spending 4 hours at my home. He made an appointment with me at 1pm and he was on time. He made sure that the problem was solved and installed a new garage door opener. Once he diagnosed the problem, he waiting while my wife purchased a new garage door opener (Chamberlain), and then he took the time to install it. What usually would take the work of two people to do, Mehmet did it all by himself. He is brilliant and very meticulous with his work. The new garage door opener now works great. Mehmet also cleaned up everything that he left in the garage, including any debris. This is the most pleasant man and he does work at a very fair cost. In fact, he only charged me what he promised when he quoted me the cost to fix the problem. I will definitely do business with this man in the future and I highly recommend him. I spoke to another garage door company prior to Mehmet and they could not promise me a price, and when they came to my home, they told me the problem was the sensors. Well, the problem was not the sensors. The problem was the need for a whole new garage door opener. Mehmet had all the equipment necessary to diagnose and fix the problem. He allowed me to be in the garage while he did the work. He also fixed things that I did not ask him to. For example, when he noticed that a metal wire on the spinning rod above the garage door, he placed zip ties on the wire so it would not continue gouging the drywall as the garage roller spun. He did this on his own initiative, because he is a perfectionist. I did not even realize the dry wall was getting gouged, but he did. I am very appreciative of the work Mehmet did. I also enjoyed our conversation as he worked. It is so nice to know that there are individuals out there that will not price gouge customers. I highly recommend Mehmet. read more
