More recently I asked them to repair an outside lawn light. They had difficulty figuring out what was wrong and finally got it to be on. Problem is that it doesn't go off... they replaced the light sensor but it is just on all the time. I've called 2x and messaged them 2x and haven't heard anything. Everyone makes mistakes, that's not the issue. The issue is that they're ghosting me and not fixing the issue.
