But pricing was very high and their rep did not itemize the services needed. Nonetheless we decided to go with Tim Kyle. In the meantime to get the price down we omitted nearly everything with the exception of just one dimmer switch and one ceiling fixture. Asked the rep to revise the contract and resend with updated pricing. He refused and said he would just update our price later after he came out to get the work done. Huh?How can we schedule work without knowing the cost? Kinda sux but ended up finding a different company that charges per hour + parts and are pleased with the outcome. They came out once to assess the work, provided a fair quote, and came back to do the installation. The two electricians who showed up were professional and courteous. New Windsor Electric has done a tremendous job in helping us with our electrical needs at our farm…read more Some of the work they have done is re-designed and installed new electrical panels in our basement. The panels were old, rusty and not wired to code. Jeff (New Windsor Electric) did a great job with this task as well as providing the wiring for adding more service to our house. Great electricians; just make sure the company commits to your timeline up front…read more Luis and Jeff, the two Master electricians on our kitchen renovation, were excellent, professional, personable, and genuinely skilled. Whenever they and their helpers were on site, the work was first-rate, and I'd welcome either of them back without hesitation. My one real reservation is staffing. We gave the company our strict timeline a full six months in advance, but for the first four months the crew was here only sporadically; which delayed our project and pushed our other contractors behind schedule too. The last three weeks they were here almost every day and accomplished a tremendous amount, which honestly just made me wish that commitment had been there from day one. For anyone comparing bids, the rates run a little higher than some but the quality of the work backs it up. If the company dedicates its people to your job from the start, you'll be in great hands. The talent is clearly there, and we're happy with the finished result.

I worked directly with Jerred and he was amazing! He came out (On Labor Day!!!) and 100% saved me. It was warm, and I had a bunch of family in town for the holidays and an extremely hot house wasn't going to work for me. I called Holtzople around 10 am, they answered the phone live (only company I could find that didn't go to VM) and Jerred was out within a few hours. He was very informative and quick (which was important because, no offense to Jerred, I prefer to spend the holiday with my family instead of him) and didn't even charge extra because it was a holiday. Turns out I had a contactor that went bad (he showed it to me... it was literally burnt at the top) and was a pretty quick and easy fix. I am VERY happy with the customer service, pricing and speed of service. If you have an issue (especially on a holiday) make sure to call Holtzople and ask for Jerred!
