Great electricians; just make sure the company commits to your timeline up front…read more Luis and Jeff, the two Master electricians on our kitchen renovation, were excellent, professional, personable, and genuinely skilled. Whenever they and their helpers were on site, the work was first-rate, and I'd welcome either of them back without hesitation. My one real reservation is staffing. We gave the company our strict timeline a full six months in advance, but for the first four months the crew was here only sporadically; which delayed our project and pushed our other contractors behind schedule too. The last three weeks they were here almost every day and accomplished a tremendous amount, which honestly just made me wish that commitment had been there from day one. For anyone comparing bids, the rates run a little higher than some but the quality of the work backs it up. If the company dedicates its people to your job from the start, you'll be in great hands. The talent is clearly there, and we're happy with the finished result.

It was a lot of work over multiple days, but the whole time they were really clearly explaining every step of the process and why they were doing it so I always felt informed. Bill, the master electrician, is quite knowledgeable on all of the various aspects of the electrical code, as well as the various approaches that we could use to conform to it (as well as the ways in which less scrupulous electricians might try to skirt the safety rules). The both of them were even here at the house when the county electrical inspector arrived to give him the technical information he needed about the work they did for me, and he was really impressed with the quality of the job they did. I'll be calling these two again in the future if I need some more wiring work done for sure. They really live up to their name of Quality Electrical Work.

Justin, the owner, is a bright, talented electrician who actually led the installation of my whole-home generator a few years back (another five-star experience). Now, as a small business owner, he's leading a stellar team that truly delivers. On this visit, Justin quickly assessed the "as-built" layout of my kitchen GFCI outlets and discovered that the builder had installed a 15-amp outlet on a 20-amp breaker -- a clear code violation that had gone unnoticed since 2017. He replaced the outlets, explained the power draw patterns for high-demand appliances (air fryers, griddles, hot plates, etc.), and even mapped out how each kitchen outlet corresponded to the main power panel. He patiently labeled everything to make it "idiot-proof," leaving me fully informed and confident about my kitchen's electrical setup -- and armed with practical ways to avoid future overload issues. Bottom line: I've now found my go-to electrician for all future projects. Don't sleep on Justin and his crew at Sullivan's Premium Electric -- stop searching, hire them, and then come back here to drop a well-earned thumbs-up!

What impressed me most was how quickly he was able to get us scheduled - he actually managed to squeeze us in the next day when many electricians were completely booked. When he arrived, Justin didn't just jump into fixing things - he took the time to clearly explain what was happening with our breaker system and why it had failed. His knowledge was evident in how efficiently he diagnosed and resolved the issue. The work was done professionally, thoroughly, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. In a stressful situation like a winter storm power issue, Justin's professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise made all the difference.
