The electricians and the staff at Boyland Electric are fantastic!! I have had a standby Generac generator for 8 years and I have had the service plan for the generator throughout. They have always been responsive whenever we have needed service/parts although with the maintenance agreement that has only happened once. Boyland Electric installed a 16KW generator last November. The installation was completed in one day . The technicians seem to be very efficient. After installation the electrician explained how the switch over will happen in the event of a power outage. The mobile link was installed in June 2019 on availability of the equipment from the vendor. I am quite satisfied with the quality of installation and Boyland,s response and cooperation. I left a review for Boyland Electric previously. This year they exceeded even the kudos I gave them last year. My generator was "attacked" by ants in the Spring. This was discovered during the regular servicing. The technician worked to eradicate them and "schooled" me on what I needed to do before he came back to clean out the debris. Ants can be deadly to a generator. Boyland saved ours. read more

However, their yearly service fee seems really high. I still highly recommend the company but I wish that the yearly maintenance fee included all the required checks and cost a bit less.
