The email is very convenient so you can just write down what you need done and have no misunderstandings. Jorge was our tech and he arrived with my email printed out to do the work. While he was here, we tacked on more stuff, including fixing a smoke alarm and fixing a very old and weathered outdoor light. He was here for a few hours. We were so impressed with their work we had then come back a week later to finish up some things they couldn't do the previous trip (due to lack of time). They fixed other fixtures in the house, a few were as idiotic as needing dimmed light bulbs (expensive mistake) but others needed a lot of work done. I will be hiring them again for round 3 when we outfit the house for cable lines. Direct Current charges by the hour and they work super quickly so don't worry about getting ripped off. I am happy with their work and definitely recommend them. Also, both times the tech arrived on time. They also accept credit cards.

No one communicated with me about whether the light fixture should or shouldn't be installed. I had requested 4 light fixtures to be installed but only 3 were installed. Dwayne had no problem understanding the technical requirements and correctly routed the neutral line into the dimmer, with the line and load wires on the right poles. Not by accident, either, as I saw him use a non-contact sensor to verify which was which. He didn't want to open the breaker first (does any electrician ever do this?), but he wore thick insulated gloves (I've never seen one use those before). This guy seems to know what he's doing.

I received many estimates from various generator dealerships, and they all upsold their products and installation services. The markups were ridiculous. I met with Mr. Green, we discussed my needs, he in turn provided a load analysis, and an estimate, and the rest is history. I purchased the generator, an automatic switch, and a battery, from one of the big box stores and Mr. Green and his crew took it from there.
