Shlomo Kushner responded immediately to my first contact and those that followed, seemed very happy to answer all questions (and I had a lot, lol), and helped me with selecting fixtures and fans that were compatible with the condo's wiring and various limitations. On the appointment day, he arrived on time (even gave me an early warning so I could secure the dogs in another area), and made his way systematically through my list, all the while explaining what he was doing, why, and informing me of a few "surprises" (hazards behind blinking lights, etc.,) that my condo was hiding from me. The fans and fixtures are great, and I am much more secure knowing that he discovered and fixed several areas that were not safe (and had disconnected wires, burn marks, etc. that I could only see when he removed the wall plates). His price was very reasonable, and I have already scheduled him for additional work next month, now that I've seen his work. Very professional and personable--definitely my go-to electrician from now on.
