The staff was very friendly and the place is very nice and looks new. We were offered tea and water when we first entered. It would be nice to have a room for multiple people to get the treatment at the same time. It would also be nice to have 3 rooms since one of my friends couldn't come with me because they could only do 2 people at a time.

I called to reschedule MORE than 24 hours in advance and they are charging me a $50 cancellation fee. I explained I have the flu and I want to reschedule, not cancel and they said the fee still applies. I then said I would come in with the flu if they won't reschedule and they said fine, you wear a mask and we will too...for a facial.. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced by a spa in Harford County. I would understand if I was cancelling less than 24 hours in advance or I wasn't sick...or I didn't want to reschedule...but none of that applies. I would not recommend doing business with this spa.
