Hendrick was a total professional: called en route with an estimated arrival time, explained the process, and then disappear was into his work; left the place immaculate upon completing the job. My professional painters were flabbergasted and can't even fix it because Tub Coaters uses some sort of spray paint that we can't buy. AND they want to charge me $45 for a touch up? Are you joking me? They got paint on our freshly done balcony roof, and my sidewalk. I have a complete shit time getting a hold of anyone there. They are not timely at all. They came to "fix" the flaking paint yesterday and then left because the office called and told the guy to go to a different job!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! This job was done only a few months ago and we haven't touched the paint with anything but painters tape by our contractor. It SHOULD NOT COME OFF LIKE THAT. Y'all don't stand by your work and it's TERRIBLE. These 5 star reviews are a joke. This company is a joke and the selling tactics and procedures are predatory. The fact that they have to defend that they've been in business 25 years and have many happy reviews does not change our terrible experience. They've been awful to work with. This paint job is not worth what they're charging and if I had known better I would have gone somewhere else who was charging less and had better customer service. More over, they refused to paint the trim after installing my floors, and wish to charge me $400 for a job as simple as painting a trim for a room less than 300 square feet. They didn't even do a final walk through in the end to make sure everything is installed correctly, but keep trying to increase the final payments. Even my building manager says she never seen somebody unprofessional like this. Don't be fooled by their slogan, they don't care about you or the quality of their work in the slightest.
